The formula for success comes from an internal core of latex-wrapped rubber that’s wound around the exterior with fine, 100% natural North American alpaca wool. This combination of materials results in a slightly heavier feel, delivering an extremely focused tone that still retains that characteristic soft attack that Sweetwater percussionists look for in a marimba mallet. These versatile signature mallets feel wonderful in hand and come available in seven degrees of head hardness with the choice of either birch or rattan handles.
