All-in-one Sound System with Additional AIR Transmitter

Large variety of inputs for versatility

There are so many different ways to use a portable sound system. With a variety of different input options, the Liberty 2 has you covered. Use the Bluetooth and wireless functions for when you need to move around. And getting music playing through the Liberty 2 couldn't be easier with the included 3.5mm iPod input. If you're looking for even more to suit your needs, the Liberty 2 also has two universal microphone jacks, a 1/4-inch line input, and stereo RCA jacks.

Rechargeable battery for up to eight hours of use

Not all sound system applications are conveniently near power sources. With two built-in rechargeable batteries, you can charge the Liberty 2 for up to eight hours or more of unplugged use. This is especially useful for outdoor weddings, rallies, and performances where plugging in is not an option.

Anchor nightmare
I got one of these with two receivers in July 2023. This was to be the fifth Liberty system I've had since 1996. What a nightmare. The bodypack transmitters had 3 fatal problems: 1) the MUTE and GAIN are the SAME BUTTON. You cannot mute the mic and unmute it without altering the GAIN. Therefore, you cannot mute these Anchorlink bodypacks without doing a sound check all over again. 2) the 1/0 (on-off) switch was able to change position without being touched, so the body pack would turn itself off during jostling. 3)the unit shipped with a lapel mic that was like the Radio Shack quality one I had 30 years ago - pretty lousy. When I went to connect my Countryman over-the-ear mic to this unit, there was no cable available that would make it work! This was just as shocking as discovering that the MUTE and GAIN were adjusted by the same switch.

The Anchorlink hand-held mic had similar issues: the buttons controlling 1/0, MUTE, and GAIN were very easily adjusted, and they were all placed on the mic in such a way that simply repositioning your hand on the mic, or switching the mic to the other hand, readjusted at least one of these things. Devastating cutouts during use.

And after getting all these issues sorted as best as possible, the unit still cut out during use even though it was plugged in and all green lights were lit on the unit.
