The Kurzweil KM88 is a formidable 88-key controller that will put you in complete command of your music, onstage or in the studio. It all starts with the incredible feel of the KM88’s 88-note RPHA keybed with fully weighted Real Piano Hammer-Action keys. With a choice of seven selectable key velocity maps, you can customize the keyboard feel to your own personal playing style. The KM88 features four zones for creating custom split and layer combinations, each with its own controller assignments. Even better, you can store these “Multi” assignments and recall them instantly using the four preset buttons on the top panel.

In addition to its four Multi Zones with instant recall buttons, the KM88 offers a unique Chord Trigger feature that lets you save up to 8-note chords and trigger them from any of the 88 keys. The KM88’s powerful controller set — which includes a pitch/mod joystick, a fader, two programmable buttons, two switch pedal jacks, and one continuous control pedal jack — gives you intuitive, hands-on control over assignable values such as volume, transposition, expression, multi-switching, zone muting, and more.
