Warranty Policy

Guitar Workshop

Non-warranty repairs will be covered by a 90-day parts and labor repair warranty. This warranty will only cover the work performed and does not cover defects unrelated to the original reported problem and completed repair. A non-warranty repair by Sweetwater will in no way endanger or negate your manufacturer or Total Confidence Coverage warranty.

All instruments received by the Guitar Workshop for non-warranty services are subject to a $100 bench fee to diagnose the instrument and provide a detailed and accurate estimate for all suggested services.

Sweetwater will not be held responsible for any shipping damage incurred in transit to us. To help avoid shipping damage, we recommend sending the instrument in a hardshell case or gig bag and the original factory packaging as well as an outer box filled with enough packing material to prevent the instrument from being jostled in transit. To prevent damage from blunt force or improper handling, you may wish to reinforce susceptible areas such as headstocks and neck joints.
