Great pedal

I'm always looking for a new sound, and this one sounds great.

Super versatile optical wah!

It's funny how many people don't get what this pedal is based on, it's literally in the name and the features are identical. Oh well -- if you know, you know! Either way this is a switchless take on that pedal and I much prefer it that way. For once I wasn't actually searching for the cheapest option but the cheapest one turned out to be the best one, on paper anyhow.

I do enjoy this pedal a lot though and appreciate just how much you can dial in your tone. I know some players aren't fans of the switchless design but for how I like to play it's the only way to go. The boost wasn't part of my feature checklist but having now used a boosted wah, I don't think I'd want it any other way from now on. I did want the adjustable range and Q tweaking though and I don't understand why more wahs don't include either.

Yeah, the plastic housing on Behringer pedals is always going to be a point of contention for people but for what it's worth, this pedal feels plenty solid under your foot.

How did I live without one?

I know the answer, money. I always had something else I needed worse like picks and strings. At this price, I thought I'd finally give a Wah Pedal a try, and am I glad I did. The settings are versatile and dialing in the sound I want is easy. The Hellbabe pedal opens up so many different styles and sounds I hadn't been able to play, at a quality and price that everyone can afford. Well built, good weight to stay in place, clean signal, and plenty of features.
