Looks good!

Looks good! Easy to assemble 8-space rack. It would have been a lot tougher to assemble if I didn't have power tools. But, everything fits in it nicely. Perfect for my studio setup...

Basic Rack, Overpriced for Quality

Basic equipment rack, nothing special, durable enough for home studio or maybe sound booth, thin laminate, easily scratched - over priced for quality
Music background: Decades of live sound, studio and church audio

overpriced and medium quality

This MDF with stain and veneer edging box is a $50 product at best.
It would cost much less to build one yourself.
I bought this out of sheer laziness and I'm luke warm about it.

I won't rattle on too long so here's the pros and cons and hopefully it'll help someone out.

PROS-
quick and easy assembly (4 panels a few long screws for pre-drilled holes and that's it)
clean looking finish
fairly heavy/solid

CONS-
Cheap MDF easy to chip corners, edges etc.
cheap glued on veneer edging comes unglued easy if you're not careful
The rack rails were screwed in crooked on one side (I'm sure it might happen to others as well)
Pre-Drilled holes can be stripped easy if you tighten the included screws too much DO NOT USE A DRILL/Power screwdriver! (even on the lowest torque it's still too much and you will end up spinning the scew in the hole)
Included are plastic screw caps, 3 were broken in the packaging and useless.
If planning to move this box much it WILL break down over time due to no glue, no dowels used only 12 screws that will back-out over time.

The price in general of most musical equipment (retail markup especially) is ridiculous with anything at best, but after putting this rack together I really feel I should have invested in a metal more-expensive one, or just built one myself, as I could have saved over 50% of the price as well as I could use my own stain, edging, screws/glue etc.

Bottom line... For the price it's very cheaply made.
