Great portability

Great for Mobile stuff. Wish it was a little more deeper. But all in all great bag

Bad, bad design. Don't waste your money.

In addition to the bizarre rack rail holes noted by other reviewers (this drives me nuts too, pun intended!), the racks are not meaningfully recessed. I racked a distressor and and WA73, and the knobs on both units extended far beyond the edges. So if you rack something with knobs (like everything), be prepared for them to be broken when you whack this bag on the corner of something. Thanks SKB, great job thinking this through.

Terrible design... Why???

For some reason, the rail holes are oversized, so you have to use a backer to screw in your rack gear. What a pain in the rumpus! Look closely at the product picture - it has four screws in the rails that hold the backers on. It's like someone on the production line screwed up and made the rail holes too big, so they added the backer and sold it to us anyways. Some of Gator's cases have this, some don't. It's ridiculous, and they should be ashamed of themselves. Based on the prices they charge for their made-in-china junk, we should get products that function per industry standard.
