Product came as expected, but did not expect such great experience from the company. Came quickly and had a personal call from sales rep to check in on me and try to help with any other questions I had would recommend to anyone!

This product was out of stock everywhere for quite some time short of paying well over msrp to obtain one. Exhausting searches introduced me to Sweetwater. I created an account, asked to be notified when product came back in stock, and time went by (which is not a negative remark towards Sweetwater as this is completely out of their control). Now more than ever it is easy to assume "I'll never get notified", and that feature is just to give customers hope they'll receive a popular / highly sought out product. Well I got the notification - product is now back in stock. Ordered, shipped, received (earlier than originally described in shipping info), and it was flawless! Little did Sweetwater know, it arrived on my birthday and I had waited on this product to be re-stocked for quite some time so it was a great surprise. Enough about that, let's talk about what happened next.

I get an email from Louis@Sweetwater asking about my order. Honestly I assumed it was an automated follow-up email asking for a product review / company review, etc. I'm normal fashion I ignored the email. Evidently Louis is persistent in making sure customers receive the product / service they paid for as he emails me again. This time I gave my feedback on how refreshing it was for a business to personally follow-up with their customers. The product is great, better than expected honestly, but the customer service I received with Sweetwater on a small dollar value item is completely unmatched! I will never hesitate doing business with Sweetwater for any needs I have. Thank you, what a unique team!
