A Beefed-up G12H!

NOTE: Speakers are non-returnable.

Celestion speakers are a staple of modern music. Starting in the 1960s, they helped define generations of guitar tone. The Celestion Heritage G12H-75 12" guitar speaker delivers classic British tone with more punch, firmer bass, and a sweeter top end. Featuring a heavier magnet than the original G12M Greenback, Celestion's Heritage G12H redefined the sound of modern rock guitar from the 1960s on. This 70Hz-resonance Heritage speaker model perfectly re-creates the sound of an original low-resonance G12H, giving you thick, syrupy tones with extra-deep bottom-end growl. Put a classic British-sounding speaker in your guitar amplifier, with the Celestion Heritage G12H-75 12" guitar speaker!

Celestion Heritage G12H-75 12" Guitar Speaker Features at a Glance:
  • A 12" guitar speaker with classic British sound and more power handling
  • Great for all musical styles
  • 75W
  • 70Hz-5kHz

Review on Celestin G12H 75:

In my 75 SF TR I had Jenson Neo100w neo stealth tornado:Switched to CreambacksG12H75: This was a Brilliant move!:the Celestin G12H8 75 is far superior in tone quality for my 75 Twin SF.I play blues/ Rock n Roll for 50 + years. I believe that they are the Best for me & my tone. There heavier than Neo but worth its weight in GOLD.

Great Speaker!

I Put this in a Suhr 1 X 12 cabinet and it sounds fantastic! Fat lows, creamy mids, and a smooth top end. Sounds better every show as it breaks in. A very detailed speaker that exposes all aspects of your gear. Sounds great with everything i put through it. A good balanced speaker from clean to overdriven. Super happy, highly recommended !

75 watt Celestian Creamback Amp speaker

I purchased a 75 watt, 8 ohm Celestian creamback speaker to replace the stock speaker in my original Fender Hot Rod Deluxe 40 watt amp. The Creamback speaker made a huge difference, and the difference was all positive, All of my guitars sounded better through the amp, including : PRS semi hollowbody, PRS Custom 22, Gretsch Tennessee Rose and Fender Strat. This is an upgrade that is well worth the price, (the price is lower than Reverb vendors) and I expect the sound to get even better as the speaker breaks in. I am a happy Sweetwater customer.

Nice in a 1x12

I replaced the speaker in a Bugera 112TS 1x12 cabinet with this. I followed Celestion's break-in instructions using a Mesa Triple Rectifier multi-watt on 50w mode. I immediately noticed an improvement over the stock speaker using that amp. I usually wouldn't use this amp with a 1x12, but it's my only tube amp and that's what the instructions alluded to using for break-in. I had tried the Mesa with the Bugera cab previously, and though the sound still wasn't ideal because of the small cab, the creamback was a vast improvement over the stock speaker. Great bottom end for a 1x12. I'm guessing this is due to the heavy magnet. Increased clarity in clean and distorted sounds. My only complaint is that it really brought out the flaws in the Katana 100w head it's meant to be used with so I see a replacement head in my future…

Bob Furlong was great to deal with, as always. He takes great care of me as well as nearly everyone I know.

Awesome replacement speakers for my Orange open back cab

My Orange PPC212 Open back cab came with 2 Chinese made V30's stock. They did sound good but had a nasty midrange spike common with V30's. I replaced them with two 8 Ohm H75 Creambacks and it was a great improvement right out of the box. The speakers will get better after break in. I switch between a Blackstar HT Club 50 MKII head and my Orange Tiny Terror Jim Root head. They both sound amazing with these speakers!
