I love these for quiet practice.

I noticed that if I turned up the volume very much if there was any competing sound they would begin to rattle and distort.

Not ideal for a jam session. You might have trouble hearing yourself.

It works great with headphones.

I did use it as a quiet monitor off my bass head instead of plugging in headphones…I plugged it in through the aux in.

This little engine that said it could is great. Small design with a volume that not too loud or too soft. I love it!

This thing has an amazing sound for such a small speaker! You really need both speakers to get the best and fattest bass sound with the bottom end turned up without distorting it, but it's prefect for taking somewhere quickly or to lessons.

These little speakers are great! Both instrument and Aux in, Gain, EQ, Compression, a line out, and although intended for practice volumes I could wake up the house at night if not careful. All of that on batteries is amazing! It may not quite get the tone of a proper-sized amp, but I'm greatly pleased for something that could carry in a backpack.

Great for traveling light to jam with a acoustic guitar player (fits in the pocket of a gig bag). I use it for my computer speakers as well as a practice amp when I don't feel like shaking the walls or need some quiet headphone practice.
