Explore the Unique Spaces of the Cosmosis
The word cosmosis refers to a transformation of life in which living beings reunite with the cosmos. Considering this, Sweetwater musicians find Pigtronix aptly named their Cosmosis stereo morphing reverb pedal — the likes of which you’ve surely never heard before. The recipe of success for the Cosmosis lies in its stereo functionality, providing you with encompassing sound possibilities, and its three unique spaces: Theatre, Temple, and Cosmos. You’ll discover high-fidelity sound and captivating ambient effects that inspire and mesmerize. Players can even utilize the Morph function to alter reverb settings in real time via the left footswitch. Sonic experimenters and reverb junkies alike will revel in the Cosmosis pedal from Pigtronix!

Three original spaces
Get in a space that’s out of this world and all your own at the same time. Pigtronix’s Cosmosis brings you three distinct spaces for inspiring creation that never gets old. In the ambient space of Theatre, you’ll find a shifting room that’s cozy at one moment and highly reflective the next. Theatre achieves this unique space using multiple parallel short reverberators. Next, Temple sets a scene of a dramatic, massive indoor space, implementing many long reflections in both parallel and series. Lastly, the Cosmos space uses the harmonic content its fed to create an encompassing spectrum of heavenly reverb.
Harness the power of the cosmos on your pedalboard
The power of the Cosmosis bursts past its metal chassis and offers you a glimpse into a unique universe. Along with its original ambient spaces, the Pigtronix Cosmosis offers guitarists a Morph control that triggers a gradual change to various reverb parameters. Through the Morph Rate knob, you can specify the amount of time that these changes occur. Players can also set Tone, Blend, and Size knobs as both “red” and “green” values. Then, once you engage the Morph footswitch, you can oscillate at your desired rate between two unique sets of reverb parameters. Harness the power of the Morph knob and assign any combination of knobs to it you want! Whether you seek subtle movements or elegantly cinematic sweeping morphs, the Cosmosis is a doorway to another world of inspiring sound design. Lastly, you can save up to four custom reverb presets to keep your favorites on deck when the mood strikes.
A word on the I/O
- Input 1: Use this for mono sources.
- Input 2: Use this for the second input of a stereo signal. When input 2 is not in use, the signal from input 1 passes to input 2.
- Output 1: This is your main audio output and accepts a standard 1/4-inch instrument cable. Use this output to send signal to your amp, mixer, or through your DI.
- Output 2: This is your second audio output for use with stereo instruments or for splitting the mono signal for output to two separate destinations.
