Should not be called

I used this as my main portable drive to go back and forth from the studio. And just a few short months after the 3 years warranty it failed and I had to pay $ to get all my data back. I just think this description gave me a false sense of security with this drive. It's just as fragile as a normal hard drive. Back up your data! Glyph "free Level 1 data recovery" does nothing to help you recover your data. Take it to a local recovery place before sending back to Glyph so you have a second opinion.
