Coated Strings Never Sounded Better!

Cleartone Electric Strings are coated, and they sound great. Thanks to Cleartone Strings and their EMP technology, coated strings sound better than ever. Cleartone's EMP (Enhanced Molecular Protection) is a patent pending process that extends the string's life by protecting it against oils from your hands, elements in the air, and just general string deterioration. EMP coating doesn't feel slick or slippery, and it won't flake off. You won't even know it is there. In a nut shell, it helps your strings stay fresh and clean without killing your tone.

Cleartone Strings uses only the finest nickel plated steel windings over a hex core. This combination gives you the best pickup response on your electric guitar and consistent sound.

Cleartone Electric Guitar Strings with EMP Coating Features:
  • EMP coating gives string longer life without killing the tone
  • Longer-lasting than conventional strings
  • Nickel-plated steel windings
  • .009, .011, .016, .026, .036, .046

Best Strings Ever!
I once bought a guitar from Sam Ash many years ago. My salesman threw in a set of Cleartones and told me I'd never want another brand again. He was absolutely right! They may cost more than the average string set, but the durability and clarity of these strings are well worth it! These strings are treated, not coated so they feel and play like regular strings, but the treatment prevents corrosion and actually makes the strings louder. Prior to these, I swore by Dean Markley Blue Steels, but have been using Cleartones for over a decade now.
The best strings I've ever used.
I bought a Les Paul and loved the strings that were on it. I did a little research and to my knowledge, these are the OEM strings that Gibson puts on most of their guitars. I learned this through reading lots of posts on Gibson Guitar forums. Anyway these string keep their tone for a long time. I had grown accustomed to using a set of Ernie Ball once a month. However, I've had the Cleartone 9-46 Hybrids on my LP for about 8 months and they still sound and feel great, and I play my LP all the time. Try a set and you'll be convinced. Great product.

GREAT STRINGS!!!!!
Excellent tone and tuning, last forever. I play everyday and my first set of Cleartones lasted over a year. The other nice thing, these string don't rust. I used to play D'Addarios but those strings tend to rust after awhile, causing slight rust damage to my floyd rose. I will never go back to non-coated strings. The durability is well worth the extra money in the end they cost the same as D'Addarios because I change strings less often. 3 sets of D'Addarios to 1 set of Cleartones............

Love these!!!
These strings are amazing. Never thought I would play a coated string.
Yep, These are it!!!
Been using a variety of plain nickel wound strings for years. I've tried a few of the cryogenic and cobalt which are great but expensive and unless you have stainless steel frets...lookout with that. I was immediately impressed with brightness, bending, and tuning stability. My chords sound so clear and in tune. Crisp leads and cut thru rhythm tone. My new choice for all my electric guitars.
