Reviews

The Best Pick
I love these picks, I have used .73, .88 and 1.0 and they were all excellent. I do not hold my pick the conventional way, I like to pick the string with the more rounded corner of the pick, these picks are perfect for this thanks to their size and shape. These are the first picks I have used that made a real difference for me while playing guitar.
Favorite acoustic pick
My absolute favorite pick to use with my acoustic guitars. Crisp and clean sound

Great Picks!
I'm really glad I discovered these picks! I've pretty much used picks with a smooth surface for the last 40 years, and have found that they always end up shifting in my hand while playing. The gripping surface on these flow picks is amazing, and it stays put in my hand! The ultex material, pointed-tip, & beveled edges allow for less friction as well, to be able to play with complete freedom!

Plectrum trials...
Full disclosure, I'm a giant fan of the 'flow' shape. For years I used jazz III shaped picks (of various brands, materials and thicknesses) and hated standard sized picks, but once I tried a friend's Petrucci signature flow pick I was hooked. Recently I started using thinner picks and that seems to help with my often ham-fisted picking. The thinner edge also gives me a bit more snappy attack. I generally prefer the equivalent version of this pick made from tortex (just a bit more midrange in each note to my ears), but the primetone wears a lot better and has a great, grippy texture. Now if my kids would only stop running off with them.
