Good pics
I've never played with one of those really expensive pics but these are really good pics. I can't imagine anything being any better than these.
Best for the money
For the money, IMHO these are the best picks going for use with acoustic guitars. I think Blue Chip picks are best sounding, longest wearing picks going. These are imitation Blue Chip picks. Look up Blue Chips and compare. That said, these sound 90% as good and in really humid weather actually sound a little better than Blue Chip picks. You can like 20 Primetone picks for that amount of money. These do not last as long but since you have 20 of them, it is not an issue.

My opinions are based upon playing a D18 and an HD28 with medium strings. 1.5 seems the best gauge, to my ears, with this set up.

Fatten your tone
These picks changed my tone. Never thought a pick could change my tone in such a positive way. Last Jam with my buddy's, I said watch this. Played a couple licks with a Fender heavy. Then without changing any settings I played same thing with primetone 1.5 and everyone in room was like no way. Its like adding a pedal or something. besides that there easy to hold onto and seem like they will last forever. (if you don't lose them)
