Reviews

I only use this pick
Best pick across the board. My standby. Sweetwater hooks it up. I only use this pick. Only from Sweetwater. Bundle packs! Hook it up!
Music background: Artist
These are my favorite picks, period. Rounded triangle shape = 3x pick life. Great tortoiseshell-like feel
After a lot of trial-and-error over the years, Dunlop's Ultex .73mm is my favorite pick material + gauge for playing acoustic guitar, and the rounded triangle shape is specifically excellent. I like the Ultex material in general because it has a great flex/snap to it while retaining its shape long-term, and the tip of an Ultex pick doesn't wear down nearly as fast as some other materials. With the rounded triangle shape, one pick can quite literally last for months: if one of the points wears down enough to affect playability, you just rotate the pick and use one of the other 2 points. I use the .73mm gauge for playing acoustic and the .88mm gauge for playing electric, though the .88s are a little harder to find. At this point in my playing career, these are my favorite all-around picks, hands-down
Music background: 25+ years of guitar
Dunlop Ultex .73 thickness
When I rec'd the picks, I immediately opened them up & started picking my guitar. I normally use .71 thickness, & even though they are only 2 mm thicker, they just felt better, almost a custom fit!
Music background: This year marks 50 yrs of playing guitar & fretless bass.
NICE
These are great picks. I think they may replace my prime tones.
The only complaint I have is they're a little hard to hold onto. I just took a tool Roughed up the area I hold the pick on both sides. If they address this issue, they'll be near perfect.
