What a difference!

I wanted to echo Rick's review and his experience with the Baby Taylor. I had the same issue with my Taylor. It seemed that no matter what brand of strings or what gauge I tried, the Taylor just didn't sound as good as it should.

I finally gave these Martin's a try and the difference is nothing short of amazing. Crisp, clean highs and full, rich lows. The Taylor has never sounded better.
As a little added bonus, the "break-in period" of these strings seemed to be much shorter than other strings I've tried.

Great Strings....Watch Out Elixir!

Im an Elixir fan but decided to try something different for my Carvin AC-285 Acoustic/Electric. Installed a set of these Martin Lifespans and was absolutely blown away. These feel and sound better than the Elixirs. Time will tell if they last longer but considering I change strings frequently, I will take tone and comfort over any other factor. You will be surprised how warm these sound, really a great match for my guitar and amp (Mesa Rosette). Sweet ride on the fingers too! Give these a try and I think you will agree!

Great strings for Baby Taylor!

When I first got my Baby Taylor, I found it nearly impossible to get strings that sounded great. The Elixirs that came on the Baby T were just way too bright for the shorter scale, so I gave these new Martin Lifespan 2.0 10's a try. Turns out, the tone of these Martin string is just beautiful and rich on the Baby Taylor. They are a nice, warm string; yet not muddy.
The 10's are super comfortable to play as well. So if you want a nice, rich tone on your acoustic, it might be worth trying a set of these Martin strings.

I string my Martin D035 and Larrivee OM-09 with these strings. Love the tone and play-ability. These are coated string and seem to keep tone for me at least 6-7 weeks.
