I have a few Heritage Audio 2264RJs in my studio, and I use them on every project I work on. Whether I'm adding harmonics to vocals or depth to snares, I love the the huge, fat British-console sound I can get from these combination preamps/compressors. In fact, one of my favorite things to do with my 2264JRs is smash up drum room mics to create absolutely massive ambient sound when I need more heft.
