Phil Potts
Phil Potts
I've had a passion for music since before I can remember. My mother tells a story of us visiting New Orleans when I was 3 and standing in front of a street musician, listening, enraptured. I remember getting an electronic toy guitar when I was 9 and pretending
I was Elvis. I started playing a real guitar in my teens, when I developed a deep love for the blues. While constantly learning and developing as a musician I have, for the last 15+ years, made my living performing live and in the studio, as well as teaching students of all levels. Whether its blues, rock, country, or jazz I take pride in being able to appreciate and play any style of music.
Now at Sweetwater Sound I receive training on the newest gear from manufacturers on a weekly basis. I am very confident I can help you with all of your musical needs. I look forward to speaking with you!
As your personal contact here at Sweetwater, please let me know anytime I can offer help or advice.

Absolutely amazed by the personal service on our order! It is obvious customer satisfaction is a priority. Your company would be the first place we would look for music related items. Great prices, great service and BTW, even the little touch of adding some candy made my kids very pleased! Thank you!

I have to say it's the most personal order I've ever made from the pre-ship phone call, to the email, and finally the candy in the box. Thanks! I don't think I could beat the customer service even in a local shop
