World-class tonewoods
The ESP Exhibition Limited EX22-21 FRX-CTM FR was crafted with some of the world’s finest tonewoods, sporting a resonant Honduran mahogany core that provides a warm tonal foundation. A flamed maple/spalted maple resin top and a flamed maple back sandwich this core, combining the Honduran mahogany’s warmth with a clear, bright articulation — essentially the classic mahogany body/maple top tonewood combo elevated to its pinnacle. Throughout the center of the body runs an incredible multicolored stripe of ash that mirrors the upper horn, offering a gorgeous contrast between the highly figured maple.
