I am a music technology veteran, expert MIDI geek, electronic music composer, long time keyboard and guitar player, and obsessive guitar "relicer" (one who artistically ages guitars.) I brought with me to Sweetwater a wealth of experience in multiple technological fields, (i.e. e-commerce, website development, corporate telecommunication sales and network infrastructure). This experience, along with my creative mind, entrepreneurial spirit, and dedication to customer satisfaction, makes me a strong advocate for you in your quest towards music and audio excellence.

After having been immersed in other technology industry for many years, I missed the Music Industry and remembered Sweetwater from my early days as a musician.

Yuval is the best! I'm not sure how many years he 's been helping me with my audio/recording needs but at least more than 10. He has never steered me wrong, And his observations have been spot on! I have no issues recommending Sweetwater -- and Yuval -- to any of my friends.

I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate my Sales Engineer, Yuval Fuchs (ext. 1367). I have been buying from Sweetwater for over four years now. Thanks to Yuval's great customer service, absolutely detailed personal attention, and complete trustworthiness as far as gear recommendations, I have spent almost $12,000.00 with Sweetwater just in 2010 and 2011because of him. Sweetwater is the FIRST place I start searching for gear every time I shop for gear because I know I will get treated like a highly valued customer. Yuval readily remembers who I am, always returns calls & emails promptly, spends time to listen to my concerns, and researches different gear to make the best recommendation for me. Recently, I called Yuval to ask for a recommendation on some small near-field monitors, and he recommended the Sonodyne SM 50AK model after listening to all my needs and concerns. I somewhat reluctantly ordered [sound unheard, mind you] them at Yuval's behest, knowing that he' d never steered me wrong.
