Tyler Henry
Tyler Henry
I've always been obsessed with music my entire life and I started writing and producing my own music early on in high school. I've always been fascinated by hip-hop and fusing other sounds into it like classic rock, funk, and jazz. The music then took me out to Minnesota where I attended McNally Smith College of Music for a degree in Studio Production. Here I got to work with a wide range of gear, mics, and consoles. Unfortunately the school closed down before I got my degree and I had to move back home to Indiana.
I have always been a people person and I love helping and connecting with people. So while I was back home I got a job in sales and kept making music as a hobby. Then I realized I could combine my love of music and people here at Sweetwater and help fellow musicians achieve their dreams.
In my personal life, I have a wonderful fiancé and we just welcomed our beautiful son into the world. He's my greatest adventure yet and I can't wait to teach him to make songs of his own.
As your personal contact here at Sweetwater, please let me know anytime I can offer help or advice.

When I got my first baggie of candy, I thought, well, this is my kind of place! However, the best thing about Sweetwater is the customer service. When receiving calls, I think it’s most people’s reaction to grumble and not answer, but I am glad I did. In every call I’ve had with Tyler, he has been nothing but genuine, kind, helpful, and informative. Sweetwater is my first thought for music retailing because I will gladly take candy from strangers, especially from those whose customer service goes beyond anything I’ve experienced in my entire life.

Absolutely amazed by the personal service on our order! It is obvious customer satisfaction is a priority. Your company would be the first place we would look for music related items. Great prices, great service and BTW, even the little touch of adding some candy made my kids very pleased! Thank you!

I have to say it's the most personal order I've ever made from the pre-ship phone call, to the email, and finally the candy in the box. Thanks! I don't think I could beat the customer service even in a local shop
