Ty Heimann
Ty Heimann
Long before I was born my grandpa started a music store in my hometown. Growing up I always wanted to take over the store because I just loved being surrounded by music gear! It ended up going out of business before I got the chance, but one of the things that drew me to Sweetwater was their code of ethics. Like a small music store, Sweetwater prides itself on doing the right thing to get the customer the right product and to help them make music they love.
I have a bachelors degree in Audio Production from Ball State University where I did studio recording and audio for video. I also have experience playing guitar, keys, bass, drums, Ukulele and trumpet in bands of all different genres, singing in choirs, running live sound/lighting, and I was a DJ for about 2 years.
With my accumulated experience, I am confident I can help you with whatever your audio needs may be. I would love to hear about your musical journey and help you reach your goals.
As your personal contact here at Sweetwater, please let me know anytime I can offer help or advice.

Thank you very much for providing quality gear, with excellent service! It’s a joy to work with Ty Heimann and the Sweetwater team. When working with Ty, it feels like talking to a friend, not a salesman.

I have been purchasing both personally and professionally from Sweetwater for a number of years. The experience has always been positive, even on the rare occasion of a problem. Ty - my sales rep - has always been courteous, quick to get answers and follow up. He is a credit to your organization. Further - your companies efforts to tailor products to the specific needs of churches, and various ministries has been very helpful to me. Great way to tailor your marketing efforts! Keep up the good work!
