608 Studio-grade IRs of the Jensen C15K
The Overloud TH-U Supercabinet IR Library — Jensen Vintage Ceramic C15K is a collection of stunningly replicated impulse responses of a massive-sounding 15-inch C15K ceramic speaker in a variety of configurations. The open-back cab used to capture this collection’s IRs was recorded with 18 top-quality mics in four different positions, two distances, and two angles for 16 IRs available for each setting. Factor in the modernized “Remastered” iterations available for each IR, and this collection boasts a whopping 608 total IRs to sculpt your sound. Finally, Sweetwater’s studio gurus particularly appreciate how all IRs have been phase aligned to allow for blending multiple settings without fear of phase cancellation.

15-inch C15K delivers a massive, full-range response
The C15K’s oversize 15-inch design permits an astounding full-range projection of deep lows, rich midrange, and a slightly tamed high end. Its somewhat mellow tone makes it a common choice for jazz players, but it’s also an excellent option for rock, country, fusion, and beyond. In addition, Overloud has included a library of “Remastered” IRs — modernized versions of the vintage-syle sounds available on the standard IRs, fine-tuned for high-gain tones that avoid the fizzy treble response that can, at times, challenge vintage-voiced speakers.
