Apple Thunderbolt Cable

No noticeable latency, lighting fast. Sturdy good quality cable. Good length as well.

Apple Thunderbolt 3.1 cable (I assume this is the cable that came with the MacBook Air). It worked until it didn't.

This cable came with my MacBook. It fell apart just under 1 year of service. I happened to be in a store that sells Apple products just the other day. The man working in that department said, "That is not unusual. They fall apart fast." For an expensive product, this should not happen.

Now I'm out looking for a replacement so I'm thinking a braided cable might last longer. Is there anything wrong with a braided cable? Probably! Well, I'm looking for it anyway.
