Amazing pad

By Jesus H.
Music Background: Drummer

This pad feels very close to the actual thing Thing the surface is a little sticky but if you actually have chops that won't be a problem. Overall very good pad

Best pad ever

By Sweetwater Customer

I got the pad yesterday and played it right out the box and it felt amazing it feels really realistic to the real thing and when I played sweeps I really had to muscle it in so some laminates would've been amazing but besides that it's an amazing pad.

Great Product Overall

By Sweetwater Customer

I really like this practice pad. The quality is good, especially compared to the previous Prologix Zonix series with the laminates on top. The rims are definitely helpful for practice. The side-to-side drag is barely noticeable, which was one thing that I was worried about without a laminate. The one thing that bothers me about it is the weight of pads 3 and 4 (kinda like the real tenors). The structure looks a bit warped downward on the ends due to the support being in the middle using a snare stand and the three holes. This is an easy remedy, as I was able to put a tiny glockenspiel stand under drum 4 to support it. For anyone looking for a good marching tenor pad, try this one!
