Very Nice
I ordered this case to protect the finish on my Fender 75th Anniversary Jazz Bass - Diamond Anniversary. I am very satisfied with this case. My wife said it looked old, which exactly why bought vintage looking tweed. This case is very sturdy and fits like a glove. I was really uncomfortable using the supplied bag even though it is well padded. This case has a nice sized compartment for storing anything a player would normally take to a gig and very balanced. It is PERFECT!!

Exactly what I expected

Lack Luster
I expected better from fender. Got the first case the latch was in the bottom of the bag, sweetwater fixed that problem fast.
I never owned a tweed case before and though it would be built better but I was wrong. I guess your paying for the tweed??
Fantastic Case for My Bass
Needed a new case for my G&L M-2000 bass. Decided on this Fender classic tweed case, and it is perfect. It's a heavier wood case, so it's going to offer great protection. I'm picky, and I'm very happy with the overall fit, finish and hardware. I've had cases that were not balanced, causing the bout end of the case to hang too low. The balance on this case is perfect. The bass sits in it very nicely, and is a perfect length for it. The only way it could be better is to have had a custom case made.
