Each collection in the Line 6 Metallurgy series comes loaded with four genre-specific amplifier types, with adjustable speaker, microphone, and IR setups to tweak your tone to taste. Metallurgy: Modern sports 3 replications of modern classics and a fresh new design from Line 6. The vitriol is based on the famous amp head that provides Misha Mansoor with his brutal djent tone, while the Archetype boasts both a higher-headroom clean channel and a powerfully voiced high-gain lead channel. The Revv Generator offers both the red and purple channels of the Revv Generator 120 MKIII, with the red delivering an ultra-high-gain saturated crunch and the purple supplying a tighter, more articulate tone. Finally, the sound design team at Line 6 included a custom creation called the Badonk, which is perfect for guitarists who crave a bold, new take on the modern metal formula!
