Ideal fit, with a large folding-top compartment for cords, strings, etc. Feels solid and looks slick with the pointy Kramer logo on the side. Maybe not a tank built for getting thrown around by airport baggage handlers, but more than adequate for most transportation and gigging duties.

This is a very nice case, but if you're buying it for a Baretta or similar Strat size body guitar. It will not fit. It is made for the smaller Kramer bodies.

I wanted a molded case to perfectly fit a signature Kramer Baretta as a collector's display. Although Sweetwater did not list the Baretta as one of the guitars this hard case would hold, I did find a random blog that said this model case would fit a Baretta. I took a chance and ordered the case. It fits my Baretta's body perfectly, so I was very happy with it. The one minor complaint I have is that there is not enough vertical space in the case to close it without pressing down on the tremolo bar and therefore the strings. That doesn't seem like a smart way to store the guitar, so I need to unscrew the tremolo every time I want to close the case. That minor inconvenience is tolerable for use as a collector's display case, which won't be moved often, but it would be exceptionally annoying if I was planning to carry it to and from rehearsals and/or performances on a regular basis.

I waited for a long time for these to be in stock when they cost half as much as they do now. At the old price, they were a good deal. At the current price, not so much. I own an 80 something Pacer Deluxe and a late '85 or early '86 Pacer Imperial, neither of which will fit in this case, which was made to fit Kramer guitars. I'll keep this thing, but I'm going to have to cut it to fit my guitar. Needless to say, I won't be buying another one. The original hard shell case that came with my Pacer Imperial was made during a time when companies had pride in their products. Sorry to say, with everything being manufactured overseas, the quality is no longer a concern I guess. The straps that keep the lid from opening all the way are stapled to the top/door/ whatever it's called. I'm not impressed. Actually, I think I'll just burn this case in our fire pit. I think it will fit.

Fits several different guitars of mine. Just got my Kramer Baretta Special in Vintage White delivered and put it in 1 of these cases that I own. Perfect fit except for 1 minor issue. I had to give the high e string tuner a bit of a turn so that it did not bottom out in the case. Only regret I have is not having ordered about 5 more of these before the price more than doubled.

Great case for the money! Even with the high shipping (which is no ones fault but mine cuz of where I live - haha). Fairly sturdy. Built well. It's quite heavy IMO. Even without a guitar inside. Love the interior plush. Probably only fits Kramer guitars. I tried putting a American Fender Strat and some other Strat-like body guitars and didn't fit. But my Baretta fits like a glove. Very snug as you can see. My purpose is only for home storage and/or possible light travel. I don't know if I'd use it to go on a plane or anything. But.. like I said. it's pretty well built. I wish all cases were built like this for the money.

This is an Epiphone case and as such is very well made with nice latches and a leather handle. I used this case for my "Chickenbacker" 660-12 Tom Petty copy. I used thinner to remove "Kramer", bought a Rickenbacker decal and modified the lower styrofoam. I removed the lower piece with fabric and cut and added foam to fit the 12 string. I then reglued the fabric with spray glue and installed back in the case. It worked great !! This was a really good alternative to a $ Ric case. Thanks Sweetwater !!!

This new Kramer case is perfect! My 80s Pacer and the Focus 3000 both fit like a glove! I'll have to get another one soon! Bill Sears and the Sweetwater Team are great with getting my musical needs to me! ..And Fast!

Although this case is made for specific Kramer models, I read a review that indicated it was a perfect fit for a Strat. That reviewer was spot on (thanks!). I have 2 early '80's Yamaha Strat-style guitars from the lawsuit era (same exact dimensions as Fender Strats of that era). They're both signed by Buddy Guy so I don't gig with them but I wanted more protection than the gig bags I had them in on the case rack. I bought 2 of these cases for the fit is perfect! The cases are slender but seem very well built. I highly recommend these Kramer cases!

It's not easy to find a hard case to fit short scale electric bass guitars - longer than the typical electric guitar, yet shorter than full scale basses.
Thanks to Kramer and Sweetwater, this hard case fits the Ibanez mikro bass, no problem!
About an inch of room for the body to move around, easily solved with a chunk of styrofoam wedge between the bottom strap button and the body contour area, keeps the bass from shifting about during transport!

I thought it was impossible to find a hard case under $100, hopefully the price stays low. Either way, this case is comparable in quality and construction to my gator case or maybe a little better. Upholstery and stitching appear solid, and the interior is plush and doesn't have a weird smell like some budget cases have. Got it to fit a Jackson Dinky, fits perfectly and doesn't put pressure on the headstock at all! Only (minor) flaw is that it leans back when the side with the "Kramer" label is not facing you; when the label side is facing you, it's doesn't lean and is flush with the ground. Very minor drawback, not a big enough deal to even remove a star because of the price. Get it!

I bought this for a Strat and it fits well. The case is solidly built and provides good protection for your guitar, although a bit too heavy. The only real downside is if you stand the case up on its long end it is not very stable. A little breeze might knock it over. I would have bought more were it not for this and deducted 1 star. Still, at $ it's a fantastic value. You'd be hard pressed to find a better deal in a hard case.

I bought this case for an older Ibanez S model and it fit perfectly, you can't beat the price for this level of quality, nice vinyl covering, plush interior, locking latch and a storage compartment.

I bought one case first for my '98 Kramer Beretta neck through.Then purchased another one for my BC Rich gunslinger that fits very well in this. Then all of a sudden I wanted a Kramer Beretta special and ordered another case with it. These are solid cases for the money. I might just buy a couple of more withmy next two Beretta specials. Cool beans.

Perfect for my squier HSS ! Very well made case , could not be more pleased . The people at sweetwater are awesome. Made my order and less then a couple of hours got a call from sweetwater , told me my order would be on its way , if I needed anything don't hesitate to call .

Honestly... i cant see how Kramer is able to offer this case with these features at this price. I am fully confident that this case can protect my guitars. I have some vintage Kramer American Series and while i am certain this case handles all the newer Kramer hardware i was curious to see how it would do with Late 80's hardware.

I am pleased to report that late 80's 7/8ths style bodies fit perfectly... Pacer Custom I & II, Pacer Imperial (late 80's), Baretta, Baretta I/II

For Earlier 80's Kramer bodies with the full size bodies with the sharp radius edges on the body...these do fit nice and perfectly snug... but the Strap Button on the horn has to be removed.

Very impressive and while not an ATX/TSA tupe case... is every bit as good as a $ Jackson case

This is the second of these cases that I have purchased. Are they the be-all-end-all of cases? No. But they are very nicely made and a fantastic value for the price. Highly recommend.

Probably not a better deal out there for the money. Kramer hit a home run with this high quality case. For about the same price of a decent gig bag. This fits my Baretta perfectly. Worth every cent.

Bought 2 of these for guitars that didn't have cases. Fits my Charvel DK24 and Schecter KM7 MK2 great. Would I trust these on an airline, no, but for my purpose of storage and the occasional trip to a jam session, this works amazingly. For the price and quality of this case, it cant be beat. Hoping it would fit Firefly PR, but it's wider at the lower bout than my strat. the strat fits well enough. a tick tight, but no problem. It's got a good soft interior with tons of storage. good hinges latches and handle.
I think I could probably modify it to fit the PR. Overall... if you need a strat case, this will work. It will not fit a telecaster. Price wise, it's hard to find a case under $ shipped this is killer.

I had originally bought this case to fit my Schecter Reaper-6 and it fits like a glove. My other cases were all a little too short without enough room at the tip of the headstock for my comfort. I also had been looking for a case for my Jackson X Series Soloist SL4X and it fit it's perfectly also with plenty of room for that long pointed headstock. Case seems to be well built with no issues that I could find. Now I just need to order at least 1 more. Can't beat the great price either.

A great hard case for your Kramer Striker/Pacer/SM-1 or Kramer 84 guitar.
Due to the tight it may not work with other types of Kramer guitars.

I took a chance and ordered this for my beretta special based on the reviews and it fits like a glove for $ is a steal took a few months to get but if you own a beretta do yourself a favor and order it super snug fit awesome case for awesome guitar.

As the title says, this case isn't a flight case or for heavy gigging, but it's much better than a gig bag for maybe $10 more dollars. Don't even look at a gig bag, just buy this, you won't regret it.

This case is absolutely ridiculous at its price point. I've purchased no-name cheapo cases that cost as much as this case does and are half the quality. Unlike other generic strat/tele cases, I LOVE how it's specifically designed to fit certain Kramers. It fits my Kramer Pacer beautifully, like a glove. Also unlike cheapo wood cases where the wood is so thin that it caves in in the middle with light pressure, this one feels sturdy and firm. The inside is also firm where it needs to be, but soft and plush in other areas. Just an all-around win for Kramer.

Not sure how it would do for someone who's a gigging/touring musician, but for someone like me that just wanted a hard case, it's something I'd buy 100 times over again. How Kramer got it down to this price I'll never know, but I'm glad they did!

The Kramer case is every bit as good as my ESP case, and better quality-wise than my EVH case. These other cases are over 3x the price of the Kramer. Thank you Kramer for charging a reasonable price.
