Steel Strap Locks with Side-pinch Release - Red

Stage-diving can be fun — for concert goers. It’s not fun for your guitar or bass. That’s why you need Fender Infinity strap locks. These must-have guitar accessories will safeguard your instrument during even the most strenuous of stage acrobatics, preventing embarrassing (and potentially guitar-destroying) droppage. These durable strap locks are made from hardened steel, sport eye-grabbing “F” logos, boast 360 degrees of rotation, and feature a unique side-pinch release mechanism for easy adjustments. We’re all about relic’ing instruments here at Sweetwater, but letting them fall onto a stage isn’t the best way to go about it. So, get Fender Infinity strap locks instead. With them, you can make relic’ing a voluntary decision.

Fender Strap locks

By JOHN from Wichita, KS

Yes, they feel loose, but I had these on my guitar for 3 years and never had a problem. They are secure.
I love them. Quick release when putting the guitar in the case.

I agree with the previous reviews. There is so much play after you lock the strap in that it could break, or wear the threads, or head. Can't risk a $4k guitar to the infinity strap locks. If my basses only cost $600 I could see these strap locks as a novelty. But until then I'll be sticking with the Schaller strap locks.

Fender - go back to the drawing board.

Fancy Logo, Great concept But...

I like how they connect and an extended distance for the strap and body of the guitar. I don't like the feeling that 4 micro-sized balls in a VERY LOOSE fit swivel around in an elliptical orbit. They needed to tighten up their tolerance of the retaining shaft that holds the 4 small bearings to the guitar strap post. I just don't feel good about that much slop in the connection. I'm gonna stick with my Schaller Locks with a single large pin pull to unlock with their extra C style cup that surrounds the strap post as a second safety from dropping if disengaged.

Does not feel secure at all.

By Andrew from Fullerton

I expected more from Fender branded product.
These straplocks are terribly loose once "locked" They feel as if they're ready to let go of the guitar with any pressure, and wobble all around. On "fit and finish"... there doesn't seem to be any fit, but I do like the finish.
Get some Dunlop instead. 3 of 6 guitars I own have them... lesson learned.
