Voices
Fantasy fanatics at Sweetwater are ecstatic over this Hollywood Fantasy Voices Library from EastWest. Not only does it contain words from J.R.R. Tolkien’s Elvish language, but it also has them sung by a professional vocalist! EastWest partnered with singer Merethe Soltvedt to capture 60 Elvish words across a wide range of phrases, moods, mic positions, and sustains. The result is fantastic — in every sense of the word. Hollywood Fantasy Voices contains Merethe’s solo voicings in Lyrical and Vibrato sustains, as well as full men’s, women’s, and mixed choirs to back her up. Cycling between them is easy thanks to convenient key switches instead of clunky drop-down menus. Created in collaboration with Sonuscore, the Hollywood Fantasy Orchestrator uses other sound libraries in conjunction with its four preset categories to generate instant orchestrations for films, games, TV shows, and more. And, with Hollywood Fantasy Orchestrator’s Mixer section, you can adjust volume, panning, and much more, along with adding reverb to give your orchestra depth and dimension.
