Quality case, very well made. Keeps your guitar secure and well protected. Just enough extras (inside pocket for picks, extra strings,capo, etc.; outside pockets for set lists, sheet music and the like) to be useful -- not so many ad to add to the price for no reason. Inside is nice plush lining, foam is sturdy. Definitely recommend.

Fits the Epiphone SG perfectly. Happiest feeling I have gotten from any guitar case, in terms of fit, and instrument protection. could not ask for more.

Supports my Epiphone SG standard where it needs to be and seems well built, except maybe for the carrying handle which seems a little cheap to me but otherwise is alright.

Got this case for a vintage Gibson and sadly I've already had the moment where my SG fell out when someone didn't know it wasn't latched properly. If you can keep an eye on it, and keep it zipped up tight, it'll do a good job protecting but not much else. Shoulder straps are a bit poor, would recommend another bag if carrying it on your back is essential to your load out.

Looks like a gg bag on the outside and a hard-shell on the inside. Best of both worlds and doesn't weigh a ton.

I don't take my SG out often, but when I do it will much safer now, thanks to this Gator case.
I'm impresses with the build on this product. The fabric is heavy, most of the hardware appears to be stainless or some other high quality metal, the zipper really is heavy, the sizing is perfect and it even looks and feels like a high quality case. As far a it being tough -- it seems to be tough enough for most treatment it will be subjected to. Feels and looks like a hard shell case. AND, it's really light.
All in all, it's a good compromise at this price.
I get a bit more confident in the brands Sweetwater carries every time I order from them.

This case is a serious bad muther-shut-your-mouth! When I took it out of the shipping box, I could tell instantly that it is sturdy and very well-made. I would even suggest that it is stronger than many included "hard cases" with medium range cost guitars. I would feel completely comfortable putting a $4000 Gibson, PRS, or other custom shop guitar in this case for a world tour! It is THAT protective. GAtor should call it the "Secret Service" soft case. Actually, they could even leave the "soft" out of the description and still be accurate. This is one tough case!

Amazing case. Thought I was going to spend a couple hundred for a case but this one works perfect. The ease and durability of a gig bag with the strength of a case. A perfect mix of both worlds.

Really well made as are all of Gator's products . Perfect fit for my Gibson SG. Nice and light yet firm enough for good protection . And Great price too.
