These stands are extremely light and get the job done. Unless you are using extremely heavy speakers, these are perfect for most occasions

Very sturdy speaker stands. Nice case to put them in

We own 5 pairs of these. We see there is a common fail point on a little piece of plastic that holds the tightening mechanism in place. It has failed on 2 of 10 stands. Feels like a cheap piece to replace, but can't find it anywhere so now I have to by another pair.

We used these speakers stands to hold the JBL partybox 520(weighs in at 56lbs) and they absolutely rocked! Nice a strong. No issues. - one thing worth noting, if your speakers are as heavy as mine... having a extra set of hands to help you hoist the speakers up would be good, 1 strong guy can do it, but you have to hold the pipe with one hand while pushing the safety pin or tightening the knob with the other hand. One guy can do it but I really recommend having 2 people for that part.

These stands lived to be 7 years old. They were used carefully only twice a year. Otherwise they lived happily in their bag on a shelf. After only 13 uses the supporting frame broke. They leave behind two 32lb QSC 10" speakers and two XLR cables. RIP.

Gave these to the leaded guitar and vocalist of thr band I help out part time as a roadie. Makes my job so much easier. Carry bag is a great idea.

The stands came just in time for our next gig. These stands are sturdy. They comfortably supported 40 lbs. speakers at 6 feet. The real beauty is that they are so light, a factor when hauling lots of equipment. The carry bag is also a big help. I'd buy these again.

I like the quality of the construction, the paint and especially the carry bag that has two separate sections so the stands don't rub together when being transported. I also like the ring system that is used to keep me from losing the set pins. Great quality overall.

The title pretty much says it all. These stands are incredibly lightweight. I think the pair probably weigh less than one of the steel stands I used to use. They also seem to be pretty strong.

The 2 stand package is nice and light. i ordered it for some 48 lb powered speakers. Works very well. I've only used them twice so I'm not able to speak regarding longevity.

The poles are sturdy and well built. The only complaint I have is that the texture of the pole becomes sticky overtime. I've owned this for over 7 years and it gets sticky.

These look to be solid, easy to adjust, and lightweight - Came with a carry bag, so that's nice - happy with the purchase and the quaility vs. price..

This is my second set of them. The only reason I bought more is because I somehow lost the first pair. lol Anyway, these are really sturdy. And they extend plenty high in the air. I'm able to put them on the ground just in front of a small stage and raise the speakers to a good height around our heads. This saves me from taking up precious space on the small stage. The bag is a nice bonus. Keeps them from getting beat up in the back of my SUV.

To start, here's where my opinion comes

I'm a musician in a local cover band playing 200+ shows a year and running my own sound at 60% of my gigs.

I bought these to "REPLACE" my Pro-Line stands that I bought at Guitar Center. Those were cheap, and the shoestring that holds the pin not only gets in the way of the locking mechanism, but it broke and I've been carrying the pins with me in a separate bag to every gig. The screws then stripped and no longer hold the tripod or the extender bar. I don't over tighten either, it's just a grueling schedule or set up and tear down 20 times per month.

What I like about these:

They use a better material for the locking screw, and they attach the lanyard material to the pin with a keychain chain loop. Even if that broke (it is thin) I can easily replace that. It turns without getting in the way. The bag that it comes with appears nice. Check with me in 2 years after it's been in and out of my Jeep 400 times. Also it appears as though I can set it up higher than my other stands. The attachment to the legs isn't super low preventing the drunk dancers from tripping which I like too. The bag has two separate zippers for each stand which I'm not crazy about because zippers break after use, but overall I'm very pleased with these.

These stands are great! They are sturdy and professionally constructed. However, they are lightweight and great for taking on the road! I highly recommend them. I received them in a bundle with the Mackie 13" Thump speakers. It included everything needed for live sound except the mixer!

These are great! they have good tight clasps that feel like they wont ever strip, and they hold my 35 pound ALTO TS315's nice and snug and cause me minimal grief. Because if that thing fell over it would kill someone.. seriously... So Im happy to say I don't believe they will fall, meaning that the elderly crones at my church will live to see another outdoor service!

These stands are heavy duty that will function well in all settings! I highly recommend!

Solid, sturdy, easy to break down and reset. The travel bag is a definite plus. They work just fine with the Yamaha 600BT system and meet all our needs.

I got the things I needed for my studio to run right. (duel-mixer, two-station). Paul helped me with the details. The equipment is top-notch. Good cables, great stands. Good packaging.

These stands are very nice and easy to set up. Love the way the carry bag is made seems very durable.

These stands seem very stable, despite being quite lightweight. Adjustment functions work nicely. They are a nice combination with my Samson XP 1000 PA 10 inch speakers. The double case for the stands is a nice design, and the zippers seem strong. Sweetwater service was excellent, as always, with Israel Foster’s prompt follow-up call as usual.

When it comes to stands (microphone, sheet music, cymbals, etc.), I really don't want to have to worry about them. When I am performing I HATE that feeling of "Oh no I hope my rig is stable". I want to focus on my performance! I used them at an outdoor gig last weekend and I was able to concentrate completely on my sound. These speaker stands are lightweight AND sturdy, a combination that is disappointingly rare in the stand world. And, at this price point, it really is a no-brainer.

I was hoping these would use only metal components as the plastics on our other "On-Stage Stands" completely broke, but unfortunately these also use some plastic components but seem to be more durable and have held up fine thus far. The included bag keeps the stands separate so the don't scratch each other in the bag and the bag is easy to store and transport. If you don't need heavy duty or assisted stands these are a good buy.

Serve it purpose especially when transporting to Gigs and performance.

This stand set is phenomenal. Extremely lightweight but strong. I love the rubber feet at the bottom. So glad I went with these.

I've been using these stands for a couple years now. Surprisingly sturdy for how lightweight they are. Simple and quick to set up and tear down. I would definitely buy them again, but hopefully won't have to, because these are quality stands.

I already have a pair of speaker stands from a previous purchase. I bought this pair for a new need. I can't believe how light they are compared to the ones I already own. Sturdy construction but so much lighter that I left the old one and brought this new pair with me instead.

Anytime you elevate something that has some weight in a public location, you don't want to fool around and go cheap. Speaker stands are available real cheap on the internet, but if you value your equipment, it's worth paying a bit more. These use a heavier gauge of metal and have a better geometry for supporting a heavy load. There are far more expensive stands out there, but these hit the right mix of quality and price. The carry bag was impressive as well. I seen some of those with what I call the "single use" zipper. These have a robust zipper and the bags are thick enough that I would predict a long life. Very good, solid stands!

I had read other reviews on these, so I was hoping they would live up to the reviews. They do! Super easy to set up, lightweight, and very stable. In particular, I like the pin lock for the riser. Provides lots of confidence! Simple gear that works well at a good price.

Very impressed with these stands! I'm using them with a pair of JBL passive speakers that weigh about 60 pounds each. Great build and quality! Price range is perfect!!!

Professional looking, easy to set up and teardown, light-weight stands made for the projection of sound from a stage much better. I highly recommend these stands for their durability and ease of use. The legs can be set for any level of stability from the standard arrangement (as seen in the ads) to nearly flat depending on your needs.

I am a mobile DJ and I have always used On Stage Stands. I have never had any complaints with them, and believe me, they take a beating! But I needed another set for a second set-up. I decided to give the Gator stands a try and I LOVE them. For the same price point I feel like they are a step up from the basic On Satge stands. The reason I gave them a 4 instead of a 5 is the bag. The bag is nice with two separate zippered compartments, but it is not very padded. The On Stage stands bag definitely gets the win there. I expected a little more protection out of a company that specializes in road cases.

I was very impressed by this how solid these stands were! I use them with my Bose F1's, and feel like they are very secure. The carrying bag just sweetens the whole deal!

A great stand set, I have a old set of JBL speakers that are no longer made, you need an adapter to use them with a stand, & these work perfect, & the carry bag makes life a lot easier.

These Gator speaker stands are everything they should be. Great quality, excellent craftsmanship, and good sturdy built equipment. I have NEVER had a complaint about a Gator product. Even the bag feels solid.

Awesome, heavy duty speaker stands. I just put my Turbosound Milan 15's on them (60 pounds each), and stands are completely stable.

Bought these to support the Stagepas 600i system and it had no problem doing that. Very nice carry case so its easy to bring along,
