Mandolin case appears to be very sturdy. Once the case is closed and latched the mandolin seems to be very secure with no movement of the instrument detected. I feel the mandolin is quite safe inside.

I received my 2nd Gator case....this time for my Mandolin. It is beautiful and extremely secure. I am so happy with it. Also got a strap, some picks and a chord chart. I'm grateful to be able to give these to my husband for his birthday. Thanks yet again, Sweetwater.

Nice case
Very nice, sturdy case. Fits my Ibanez F-style mandolin extremely well. I will be purchasing more in the future for my other mandolins. Highly recommended.
Very good case
This is an excellent case. My Ibanez M700 fits perfectly. It's a bit on the pricey side, but a gig bag has never been an option for any of my instruments.
