Like many people, I was a little concerned with ordering a guitar online. The experience proved me wrong. Sweetwater's customer service makes the experience really easy. The guitar came in perfect condition and just like any product from ESP at this price point, it's amazing. I am already looking forward to my next ESP and I will most likely buy it from Sweetwater again.

I have not put this thing down since I received it. It makes you want to play. Had the Plek done to it. It makes a Hell of a Difference. Was a decision between this E-II or a Les Paul Classic. The EMG 57/66 TW's won me over after playing a friends ESP with the same setup as this guitar.

I really like this guitar, it's got that classy, nonchalant white les paul look and that ESP feel..

I was a little leery about buying a guitar online, but this purchase was the one that took away any doubts or reservations I had about buying guitars online..

It started out not so great, when I first got the guitar, I played it for a bit and really liked it, it came delivered with the action @ 4/64'' which is nice..

It played cool , BUT after playing for a minute I came upon a 12th fret hi e string bend and blah !!!! There was this super annoying fret buzz while bending at the 12th fret.. So , I called Sweetwater, and I got to say, they have impressive customer service!!

They handled the situation like experts, everything one would expect from a 5-star company;

first they offered me a refund without any hassle whatsoever, but I actually liked the guitar other than the 12th fret bending buzz, so their customer service offered to replace it, and that was cool, so I agreed..

This particular E2 was on back order so the wait got to be longer than anticipated .. Adam Hunter was the sales rep & after a phone conversation we got to talking about pleking and he explained and answered some questions I had about the process..

We agreed that instead of waiting for a new E2 I could send back the one I got back and have it pleked and sent back to me..

The entire process was as smooth as it could be and the entire Sweetwater team really exceeded my expectations and shined! they really took away any and all former reservations or doubts I had about buying a guitar online !!

So the guitar got pleked and returned to me and they were fast about it and got it back to me playing super-sweet !!!!! That geet hums now and I've got a lot of hours in it and can't find anything wrong with it at all.. It plays NICE !!! The action is still low around 4/64 '' the frets are nice and polished, and it sings all over the neck without any annoying fret buzz..

So, if there is a lesson to be learnt for me here it is, I am in good hands buying a guitar from Sweetwater, they really got your back for online guitar purchases.. and, I reckon the next guitar purchase I do, since I am so picky, I will more than likely just have it pleked from the start to avoid any run- ins I might have with it's play-ability .. and much thanks to Adam Hunter and Ryan Shuckel and everybody else involved @ Sweetwater ..
