Great cable with sweetwater on your back

Bought 10 11" inch patch cables and 3 are defective with static noise when barely touched and so are unusable as this comes through loud and clear in my amp. have not had any problems with the shorter EBS gold cables and to be fair 7 out of the 10 are fine. when they work they are very clear but not sure about purchasing anymore given this. I need to contact sweetwater regarding returning these. If they are running into quality control issues with insulation or internal connection then people need to report it because this is a shame. I can't really speak to any nuances in tone as I took off some pretty good cables off my board to replace with these. Besides, I'm not really "that guy" who can speak to that stuff. I'm just a straight up and in your face old Rock N' Roller who knows what he likes (or doesn't) when I plug it in. These are quiet and I care about that when I'm not hitting strings. They are a small footprint on the pedalboard, the smallest I've ever seen. I picked up 5 to test out and I'm happy, so I'll pick up 2 more 11.2 inchers in the coming weeks and finish that board off for the time being. Finally, I will gladly say that if I had the power available, these patch cables made room on my board for 1 or 2 more pedals.

These cables are out of this world. For someone who has 14 pedals and a pedal switcher on one pedal board, you can guess what my biggest issue is...space! At the same time, sound quality. Sweetwater carrying these cables has saved my pedal board life! I cannot believe how much room I have left; these cables are flat folks! Not round! The tips are by far the thinnest and flattest of all currently existing patch cables, even those you cut yourself, which I used to have. I am so pleased with these cables I don't know what else I could say except to say "stop looking around and checking reviews and just buy them already! This is your last review to read". Sweetwater has them at a very affordable price and these are quality cables. In the picture I added, check the pedal switcher and those little tiny thin gold lines...yes, that's them! I will continue to buy these and will tell every guitarist I know, to purchase them from here. Thanks Sweetwater!

I bought a bunch of these of various sizes as I started getting unhappy with my solderless cables. Probably because I had reused them several times and they perhaps were not made to really do that. Mine were the push the pin into the core type and I feel like that maybe does not always make really good contact especially if you reuse them like I have had to do. I build my own boards and these worked great going under the rails totally hidden, very cool indeed. Most pro looking wiring job I have had.

Anyway, had a noise problem I could not solve other than selling off some noisy pedals and getting a full set of these to take off the solderless. Did the trick, these worked great. They are smaller than you might realize from the pictures, but flexible, and small plugs which have no problems being side by side in close jacks like on tc pedals. Anyway gold plugs are outstanding and while I am used to more stout larger cables, apart from the solderless I also tried. I realized that these are great, fully shielded no noise and when you consider how small the wires are inside a pedal, give me a break, probably far less cap load as well. Yes, some jacks you have push them a little to connect in but that is rare and poses no real issue. You are not going to be plugging them in and out all the time on a board anyway. So bottom line, some really great quality, no noise, gold patch cables for a pretty ridiculous low price, I would grab some before they jack the price.

I been using all of these patch cables. They are the best cables going. What can I say.

Bought these to replace old cables, & these are superb! They don't suck tone & allowed me to downsize the footprint of my board by stacking the pedals next to each other. Great customer service, as always from Sweetwater. Joe Schafer was very helpful & the cables arrived a day earlier than I expected...sweet!

I am addicted to these little buggers. Makes my board so clean looking and comes available in many lengths. Waiting to see if Sweetwater can get in the TRS version so I can replace my bulky expression pedal cable. Highly recommended!

I was really interested in the "flat" cables promoted by Warwick/Rockboard. But the import fees made them prohibitively expensive. I told my Sweetwater rep at the time that Sweetwater should find a way to import the product and sell it at a reasonable cost. They did it one better. They imported the EBS flat cables, made in Sweden, and started selling them at a very reasonable price. I LOVE these cables! I can easily add two pedals to my pedal board with the space saved by these cables. I don't know whether you want to "go for the gold," or stick with the deluxe. Either way, you can't go wrong. These are the best pedal board cables I've ever seen.
