It does what it's supposed to do.With the time spent in soundswitch learning curve you should spend a little time midi mapping a cheaper pad controller.I will keep it for the dmx universes.Beat detection mode is hit or miss on my mac.overall just use a separate window on your laptop or a second portable monitor at half the price.
