The Casio CTK-3200 includes an impressive 400 sounds - plus 150 rhythms - to really exercise your creativity. Of the sounds, there's an excellent stereo grand piano sample - plus, all of the built-in tones have been improved using Casio's new AHL technology (Acoustic and Highly-compressed Large-waveform). Casio also increased the polyphony to 48, so you don't have to worry about sounds dropping out when you play extensive passages. There are even 10 reverb effects onboard for further shaping your sound. With the increase in polyphony, the excellent sounds and effects, and Casio's Touch Response keys, the CTK-3200 lets you play with incredible expression.

Built-in lessons and play-along songs

The Casio CTK-3200 is more than a fun keyboard to play - it's also an excellent learning tool. 110 songs are in the Song Bank. The songs are divided into short, easy-to-master phrases, making it easy for just about anyone to learn to play. After you master a phrase, you'll advance to the next one until you can play the entire song. An on-screen guide shows you the notes you need to play, so the CTK-3200 can also help you learn to read music - and then directly apply that knowledge.

Cool sound sampling feature

Now more fun to play than ever, the Casio CTK-3200 keyboard has a sampling function built-in. You can take anything you've recorded - up to one second long - and then connect a portable audio device to the CTK-3200's audio in jack. Load up the sound, and you can press a key and hear it! Awesome Keyboard Awesome Price

This keyboard is a great option for the price. I chose it over the 2300 because it has touch response. I am more than happy with this purchase. I love the keys on this thing, they are piano style and feel pretty good despite being plasticky. The sounds are pretty decent, the piano ones are the best ones. It has a lot of features that help you learn how to read music and understand timing. I would recommend this keyboard to any one really. Its awesome and great for practice.

Great portable, at great price

I have been looking for a travel practice keyboard -- two factors dominate in that choice: length and weight. At 35 inches and 7.7 pounds, Casio beats the competition. The sounds are good enough, and the touch is light like an arranger keyboard with two position switch, which seems to be able to produce maybe 7-8 levels of volume. 48 note polyphony is adequate as is 61 keys. It's not my RD700NX, but good enough for ideas and practice. At this price point, why wouldn't you buy it.

All the features for half the money

This keyboard is a steal for the price. The pitch bend wheel, the portability, touch sensitivity, the multitude of sounds. You get options mostly found in keyboards costing twice as much.
