I recently purchased this little "Gem".
If your a singer songwriter this is definitely one to check out.
Its a loud full range sound. Hard to believe with such a small newly designed speaker.
I first used it in a church and having a built in DI, I connected right to the main sound system and used the amp as a personal monitor. Works Great !
Then this weekend I performed in a good sized outdoor venue with a roof, I put it on a stand to get it off the ground and it projected clearly and rich tone on only a quarter of the volume.
There's plenty of power to even play with a bass and small drums or percussion. Keeping things acoustic of course. Its a very strong 60w too. And it's only 15.4lbs

This was a lot of features and loudness in a lightweight box at a great price. Nicely thought out for multiple applications, I used mainly with acoustic guitar. Like the pole mount, kickstand and lots of connections. So why not five stars? Well . . . . it didn't last. After a couple years the power supply would erratically pulse on and off when not expected (and NOT always when being played loud). I'm a pro electronics tech so I reflowed a lot of the guts, it stopped doing the power supply failure but now it just kind of sounds distorted, not in a good way. Now, I am going to hasten to add: I've been similarly disappointed with other amps I really liked, for the same reason. I got a lot of mileage out of a great amp by Acoustic, while it lasted, which was four or five years. After that, plunked down for a nice Carvin acoustic amp before they went belly up, eventually the switching power supply started injecting ugly noises into the audio and I couldn't repair that either. (I turned it into a speaker cabinet that I still use.) And now, the Bugera needs replacing. Little nitpick: the onboard effects are decent, but they are not applied to the line out signal to the board, just to what's going to the amp/speaker. I understand why designers choose that (give your soundman uncolored signal), I just don't like it - I want what I hear from the amp to more or less be what the soundman gets from the line out. Anyway, hopefully you will get better mileage out of yours. I'm a church musician and mine was hardly getting road-warrior usage.

This is great little amp for the money and features it offers. Not only works for acoustic guitars but also works for electric guitars. The sound is excellent in my opinion. Just plugged in my electric guitar via a pedal board and I was surprised with the quality of sound with electric guitars. I plan to use it in the studio as well to monitor my sound as opposed to only hearing the studio monitors. Can't beat it for the money.

Is a 10!! I like it better than other amps

I'm using the Bugera AC60 as an upstage monitor for an acoustic band. (The other side of stage has a Behringer B110D upstage monitor.) The Bugera AC60 fits on a standard speaker stand, has 1/4" and XLR inputs, and basic EQ. The audio range is good for a monitor, with clarity in the mid and upper ranges. It replaces a Roland CM-30 cube monitor which was OK, but wasn't as clear or focused as the Bugera. Initially, I wanted to replace the Roland CM-30 with a Roland AC60 (which I use as a studio amp, paired with a Fender Rumble bass amp), but the Bugera was more affordable, and has a very similar footprint as the Roland. It's a solid unit, and with an outboard mixer feeding it an enhanced, contoured signal, it sounds great in a live situation. Recommended!

This little amp looks and sounds great. And it has the features: Got it to go along my new PRS Piezo. Signal from the humbuckers is sent to channel 1 and from the piezo to channel 2. I use Nanocortex (plugged to the send return in the back) to shape the sound of channel 1 and an LR Baggs Para DI to shape channel 2. Then I pan effects knob to the right to use the built in reverb. So I get to blend the sound of 2 different mics in the same unit. 48v powers the LR Baggs and then I send the blended signal to front of house using the direct out in the back. What is not to like!!

I bought the AC60 using EBay gift cards from Sweetwater, and can tell you it's a fine acoustic amplifier! Very nice low end punch and excellent effects. The clip button provides smoothness, and I was able to dial in a very nice delay for an exemplary sound. I have a Fishman Loudbox Performer as well to compare with. I like them both, and want to try a microphone with the AC 60 to see if I can gig with it. So far I am very impressed! I will buy the cover soon. Anyway, it's a perfect living room amp for practice, with the potential to do much more. I like it!

This little amp, which is half the weight and half the price is awesome. I have a Fishman mini Loudbox BT60 and love it. But when looking for another small amp, I came across this one and per the reviews, took a chance and decided to buy it. And Wow! It is great. I highly recommend it. Thanks again Seeetwater and Maxwell Harris for your help in making the sale go smooth.

I originally bought an open box Bugera AC60, but there were some problems with it. Sweetwater sent me a new one to replace it, but the new one had the same problem. I contacted customer service and they agreed to send me another new one, but they promised to test it out first.

They tried it out, and it was fine. I am amazed at Sweetwater's customer service.

The third amp works perfectly. I usually play coffee bars, but I just did my first outdoor gig with it. My friends could hear me playing from the parking lot, and it was perfectly clear. I love that it has phantom power for the mic input, because I use an over ear mic, and it works perfectly. I ran my acoustic guitar through it, as well as my digital piano. Super great sound.

What a great amp! Compact, lots of features, and great sound. I wish Bugera made covers for them. I would buy another one of these in a downbeat!

Great little box of an amp. Sounds great for what I do. I've been playing harps for close to 50 yrs. and this is one of the best small amps I've seen. Loud but could stand a stronger bass. I've gone through a few amps over the years and this little box is very deceptive. Screams as good as any small Fender and is a lot stronger than the Acoustic A/C 40 I just blew up. But to be fair, it was about 12 years old. Anyway, a great little amp at a fair price. Thank You. Danny Wann

I set one for small gigs at coffee houses and then use a double amp for stereo in larger bars with a small deck mixer it is the perfect solo gig and I can control ever thing from a deck mixer these amp make great main or monitor speakers. With the inputs and out puts you limited only by your gear tech savoy. now the price is better than ever so grab one your will not regret the decision.

In our church, I accompany a baby grand piano, organ, french horn, trumpet, flute, and sometimes another keyboard. I have a D'Angelico D400 (Brooklyn) electric acoustic that sounds great. Previously, I ran straight into the board but had trouble hearing myself, especially considering all the other instruments and the fact the guitar projects out the sound hole to the front. Our sound tech means well and he really tries, but he is limited in his ability and our church system is usable but outdated and limited in it's capabilities as well. They put a monitor in front of me, but if they turned "me" up loud enough so I could hear myself, I was "too loud" for other folks. And since my hearing is not all that good after almost 60 years of playing in bands, I figured nothing could be done to help me. But I got the idea that maybe an acoustic amplifier might be a solution and it turned out it absolutely was.

I researched various brands but picked the Bugera AC60 because it had not only a line out, but also a Direct Out. It also has a small tilt-back mechanism that is just enough to aim the amp up at my left side and I barely turn the volume up. Again, I just need to hear myself and depend on the sound tech to put me in the mains. And the fact that the amp sounds great is icing on the cake. And it is small and not in anyone's way.

I've tried pretty much all of the acoustic amps that are out there. Fender Acoustic Junior is pretty decent, but this Bugera beats it for much less. After all it's all about the sound. This one sounds better than fishermen, better than boss, I could go on. Believe me, this is the one you want, because it's got it where it really counts, the sound.

The Bugera AC 60 is just what I needed for my once a month performance on Sunday morning. Actually I now have two of them. They have enough powers for the room and they are lightweight. There is a plug in for my two condenser mics and phantom power which you don't find in many amps this size. I can then plug in my guitar on one and my resonator guitar on the other. I uselly run each amp through a mixing board so the direct outs are great. The mains in the church's community room can be iffy but now I don't have to worry about that as the amps are adequate for the room. The affects sound good to my ears and I pan them more to the vocal side on the amps which works out fine because the acoustic instruments are also being picked up by the microphones.

It does all I need and at a very low price. I don't know how the do this but I like it.

Straight out of the box I finally found the tone I've been searching for. My Yamaha FGX5 red label Sounds amazing through this amp. The amplified sound sounds exactly like the non-amplified sound, rich, warm with crispy highs! The effects are really impressive and this amp is built solid. I might add this is my second.Bugera product as I have an Infinium V22 electric Amp as well which I love. Do it, buy one. The value is incredible. I can't wait to record this with the direct out into my.DAW!

I bought this for practice, but I found that it would be entirely suitable for small venues.

I always run my acoustic through the PA system so I wasn't looking for anything too fancy. Just wanted some reinforcement, but wow this amp really sounds great. It's powwerful enough to be heard over a bass, it has a ton of low end so my guitar sounds really full (which is why Lucas recommended it), and the reverb is just beautiful. Plus it's very small and that PA-style handle makes it easy to carry. Really glad I bought this thing!

after whining about the 3 acoustic guitar amps i have purchased, i can say finally that this little guy is the Bomb! its a great monitor for my solo acoustic guitar and vocal performances.DI into yer P A or powered speaker then tilt the Bugera back on the floor in front of you. good sounding effects, and volume enough on its own for a small crowd that is listening. This amp has great acoustic sound, plenty of power, and plenty of effects. Vocals are clear and crisp. I could easily use this at a restaurant gig instead of my Turbosound ip500 tower. Just about as good as my Fishman Mini Charge but at half the price! I bought this for my practice room and am very pleased with it. If you're looking for quality and value, this is the acoustic amp you need!

I have been enjoying doing worship in small groups and churches. Everything is fairly straight forward music wise, but more often than not the sound I got at practice was not the same as Sunday morning. It was embarrassing, at least to me, although people are generally too polite to complain. That have likely heard worst. I'm nearly 62, so bringing sound equipment is past me, I need it light and simple.

The Bugera AC-60 came as a pleasant surprise. Jacob and the team at Ft. Wayne had the items shipped within hours of my order. I received them the morning of the next day, if that's not amazing enough. The packing was easy to open yet well packed, a box in a box in shock mounted foam pieces tightly holding the amp.

Turning the amp on after a flat set up was spooky quiet, "Is this thing on?" It is very quiet, making the same noise as if it was off/NONE! Then using my Taylor Academy 12 with K&K pick up I turned the channel one knobs to taste, added No# 4 Reverb at about 70% level, biased about 10 o'clock towards channel 1. After that I raised channel two to taste and pushed it ahead of channel 1, I ended after about three minutes and was able to attend to song practice for Sunday. The easiest and best sound I've came across in a long time.

I looked at other acoustic amps and have had several in over forty years of service. I appreciate good working guitars, I have three working Taylors, Academy 12, GS Mini Koa and AD27e Mahogany. They all have various character, I tend to use the Academy the most, it's light and the right size for my frame. My pedal is the Zoom A1 Four. It offers more pedals and guitar images a guy can possibly color with. My favorites are D-45, OM-42, 314ce and LG-O. I often use the pedal effects on the guitar and bias the vocal/amp reverb all the way to channel 2. It seems to work well and keeps it simple yet flexible. I use a foot switch to turn the reverb on and off on channel 2/vocals for speaking.

This amp a mic and mic stand with your acoustic electric guitar will equip you to handle small pubs and cafe. I enjoy the natural tone of guitar mixed with voice keeping the set up time to 5 mins and the ambiance of a intimate show. People listing say that the clarity of the music and vocals enables them to hear and remain engaged in listing. Finally a small pa that people can enjoy listing to song after song. a friend has one and we mount them on pa poles to get coverage for a duo.

I was looking for a good used Acoustic amp to use for small acoustic gigs. Everything I was looking at was a bit out of my price range. I went online looking for other options and found this little gem! The sound is pretty clear and effects sound good! Overall a great option!

Great little amp for the money!I bought one a couple of months ago, and it's a little powerhouse. Budget friendly and versatile. The only issues I have observed are the control placement (the on/off switch is in a very cumbersome location) and the balanced out (xlr) on the back panel is pre-fx. I will use a self powered speaker if I need more volume for a larger room (solo acoustic) and the signal to the ext speaker(s) is unaffected by the fx, so what you hear from the amp is not what you get from the ext speakers. My solution is to mic the amp and set the ext to mic signal. Outside of the minimal issues, you will not find a better acoustic amp at this price.

Most gigging acoustic musicians look for a separate mixer-speaker solution so they can plug in more instruments for gigs when they have additional players joining in, and thinking it's more convenient that way.
However, due to regular input-output impedance mismatching, a lack of a good DI or decent speakers for your beloved instrument with various types of sound amplification that the house PA preamps just simply won't understand, or just because of plain voodoo, the sound you get probably won't sound the way you expect it to.
So you can buy the time tested LR Baggs Para DI, or a better pickup, or a good mixer, or a speaker, and there will always be something missing. So why not just spend money on an acoustic guitar amp that doesn't cost a used Yugoslav car? I've been hearing good things about Bugera for years in terms of tube amps for electric guitar, and when I heard the local store had an acoustic Bugera amp I knew I had to check it out.
So I brought my trusty Seagull with a passive DiMarzio Black Angel pickup and LR Baggs ParaDI, tried it with the preamp and loved it, tried it without the preamp and loved it, tried the microphone and loved it, saw the output options that don't turn off your speaker and immediately bought the thing before anyone else could get the chance. I still haven't tried playing a fuzzy lower octave delay sound with a wall of reverb on it to see if it'll explode (as you do), but I'm pretty sure that even that type of sound would sound at least serviceable to a happy crowd (no crowds allowed yet, I know).
I didn't buy the Bug AC60 on Sweetwater, but while living in the US I got a ton of stuff from them and always had a great experience with the store. I also bought my Seagull Rustic Entourage acoustic which brought me quite a bit of change while busking on the streets of Nantucket for one very memorable summer. I wish I had this amp back then for the pub gigs.

I am 55 years old and have literally owned or tried dozens of acoustic guitar amps in the past 35 years. I have owned some well over 1k. This amp is all I need... Amazing value for low cost. Although the amp seems solid enough, time will be needed to determine how well or poorly built it is. Guitars and even vocals sound great and 60 watts will always be useful as a monitor if I need to go into larger venues with powered speakers or PA system. Effects are even decent enough to satisfy my overly critical ears. It is hard to believe what $... can buy in my estimation. I only play acoustic guitar at this point in my life and this amp actually enhances the tone as well as amplifying it. Pushing the amp does affect the tone so be prepared to use additional powered speakers if playing in a noisy bar are large area outdoor gig. In my estimation this amp is certainly worth the price.

I bought this to use with my nylon string guitars and it gives me the sound that I want. I use a Zoom A1 Four pedal (acoustic guitar pedal) with my other amps as the zoom has a nylon guitar setting. With the AC60, I go straight into the amp and get a warm nylon string sound. My backing tracks with stand up bass tracks cause a bit of distortion so I give it 4 stars instead of 5. My arch top guitars sound great, too. I recommend this amp for clean guitar sounds but need a second amp to play my track through.

Very nice sounding and portable acoustic amp with nice features . Almost as good sounding as a Roland AC series. Well worth the money and perfect for small venues , home etc. Effects are nice and more than adequate power in it's 60 watts.

I own a Roland AC60 and was looking for a backup. Purchased this at Sweetwater via Dustin Keesbury. NO diappointment at all, MUCH better than expected and is as well made as my Roland.
Can not do much better! Much better than the Fender 40 Acoustitronic, in my eyes.

The Bugera AC60 is well made and I experienced no malfunctions with it. The effects are ok. As a single-mic, single-speaker PA system it works well for small rooms, good sound quality. It also sounds ok when I plug my tablet into it. But when I tried using it as a guitar amp, using regular 1/4inch connectors, I was disappointed. The sound was weak and the tone thin. For electric guitar, my 30 watt Crate amp is twice as loud and meaty - yes it has a 10" speaker compared with the Bug's 8", but this should not make that much difference, since the Bug is supposedly twice the wattage of the Crate. So in my opinion the Bugera AC60 is a good little PA amp, but an under-powered guitar amp.

Normally I run an electric guitar through a guitar amp and use a separate PA for vocals and backing tracks. But for smaller gigs I wanted something small that could handle everything, yet put out a reasonable amount of volume. I tried 3 different amps (Fender Acoustasonic 40, 90, Ibanez Troubador T80). None did what I wanted. I almost overlooked the Bugera AC60, but so happy I did find it. It is perfect for what I want. It puts out enough volume for a small venue, and even enough power for an outdoor event like a Farmers Market where your music is in the background. Both vocals and guitar sound very good through each channel (I use a multi-effects pedal for the guitar). I run my backing tracks through the Auxiliary input and the 8" speaker puts out enough bass to make them sound pretty good. It is also very quiet - no hiss or hum. This amp is very light weight and compact, and has a mount underneath for placement on a speaker stand, as well as tilt-back legs. I highly recommend it!

Quality is much better than the price tag. Sounds great and it's very simple also. I wanted something for acoustic guitars that focused on true acoustic sound. It has just enough bells and whistles but not overly complex. Very happy I bought it. It reproduces the true acoustic sound I was looking for. My sound is just as pure as the guitar is played by itself. I would definitely recommend it to the purest acoustic fan.

If you've read the other reviews then you've seen some praise about this little amp. I run a acoustic open mice in my local area and was in process of putting together some backline. I've had the Roland AC90 for years and picked up a small Bass amp to accommodate those players. But I wanted another acoustic amp to complete the setup. After reading reviews and watching videos, I decided to invest in this unit. I am seriously impressed with this amp. Side by side with the Roland AC90 (Good Amp) I plugged in the Bugera AC60 and was amazed at the tone quality. It has enough punch to rattle the glasses in my cupboard. I plugged in a Yamaha then a Michael Kelly acoustic 6 strings (Steel .012-.053) then a Godin Multiac nylon string and found easy adjustment to satisfy the tamber of each instrument. The effects are clean and have passable adjustability. The small patchbay on the back is a nice touch with the XLR direct out a selling point for me.
Light as a feather, power, tone, patchability, I definitely made the right choice with this little box.
I recommend it without question.

It's a nice little amp, sounds great and so easy to carry and use. The only thing I'm upset about is that for acoustics, you don;t need an amp- a PA system gives you a LOT more power as well as more inputs for vocal and other instruments, for about the same money,perhaps just a little more. I didnt know this until after I bought it.Also, with PA, you get a lot more EQ control. Yes, t's a very good amp for the money-can't beat it! ,but had I known I'd of bought a small PA-there are some very compact one's at Sweetwater , at a comparable price.I can still use it as a monitor, or for gigs anyway.

I did not know what to expect from this amp when I made the purchase. When I opened the box it was smaller than that which I had anticipated, but it has not let me down. It is lightweight, compact, yet provides the sound presence that I need for my instruments (I run a jazz guitar in one channel and a mandolin in the other). The effects are basic, but assignable to each channel; the sound is good. The DI out in the back allows for mix into a PA in larger venues. Really cool for the price!

This little amp gives a good, clean, accurate reproduction of the sound of my acoustic guitar. The effects channel and phantom power are a nice touch.

I just got the Bugera AC60... its light, so clean, great look, just hits the spot!.. I play my Ibanez GB200 and GB 10 through it...it reminds me of the tone I got with the Roland JC120. Rich and pleasantly quiet even with the gain on high! I recommend this amp ...great for home, small venues and large venues with DI. Get one soon! Before they gotoanother model ...ivor gilhooly

Great little amp, clean sound, I'd recommend
for the price can't go wrong.

I was not expecting much when I saw its size -small. After plugging it in, tweeting the controls, selecting a reverb setting, I was pleasantly surprised. I'd describe the sound as a "clear", rich quality sound. Also noticed-it's absolutely dead quite even with gain and volume cranked all the way. I'm not used to that in any amp I've ever owned. I can offer my opinion based solely on how my instruments sound. I don't offer an opinion on vocals as I am an instrumentalist only.

I spent a lot of time researching acoustic amps for home and small venues and was sold when I came across reviews and customer comments about this one. Very happy with this selection. I can easily eliminate any feedback. The compact amp reproduced the sounds of my Cordoba Fusion and Seagull Performer nicely. I really like the variety of effects and they sound great even at low volume when practicing. Love the small size and big sound. The flip up stand to angle the amp upwards and carrying handle are also plus's.

This is dynamite in a small box and will easily fill a small to medium venue. You can also run it to the house PA for bigger gigs. I have the Bugera V22 electric all tube amp that I love and thought this would be a nice little brother. Little in size maybe but packs a big punch. I'm running my Godin A6 Ultra Cognac Burst through chorus, tremelo and delay pedels and into this amp. Add a bit of reverb, or not, and blow the house away. I got it to practice at home and i was surprised at how loud this amp can get

Had been looking at this amp since I got back into playing acoustic again. WAY Better than an older Crate acoustic I used to own! I have back problems, so it's light weight is a great thing. Soundwise, it is very clean, very loud, would be enough power to play any small club, church, and if you played a larger place, the out patch on back will hook you up to a house PA if needed. The effects are nice, several comments had been made by others on them being arranged differently, but the company had to make it one way or another. I have a couple pedals I'll probably use with it, and there's in and outs for pedals also. It tilts at a nice angle, nice to have that option. All around for price, sound, weight, bells and whistles on it, power, it's a nice amp. Unless it gets stolen or fries, I'll probably never need another.

Well first off..I have lots of experience with Electric guitar amps, but not acoustic, So with that in mind, I think this is a great amp, it's loud my GS Mini sounds great through and my Vocals sound fantastic.
Just to get a better idea of a true gigging experience, I took it too our Complex Clubhouse and set it up as if I was doing a gig.
It filled that large room app(40x50) with no problem.
This amp really is shooting well above it's price point....
My only complaint so far is that you have to use the same effect on both channels, your only adjust is the intensity on each channel.. Minor point in my book ..

Already have Fishman LoudBox Mini and Marshall 50 watt Acoustic Amps, but had to sample the new Bugera AC 60. Way less expensive the the fishman or Marshall . Was I ever Blown away when this thing powered up. More compact than Fishman. Better options for positioning the amp at a gig, and way more effects and features. Sound was equal to or better than Fishman and noticeably better than Marshall. Love this Amp!! Need a cover for protection!
Best choice for solo musician and the best price to boot.

I searched for a while for an acoustic amp that delivers great tone in a smaller package and I've found it with the Bugera AC60. This amp gets pretty loud and I really needed the DI Out and Effects Loop which are not always available on smaller amps. This is the first Bugera product I've ever owned and I an really pleased at how well-designed and rugged this amp is.

I had around 8 acoustic guitar amps through a 20 year time, I was researching and studying smaller designs and was almost going to throw the towel in by high prices when I caught upon this little gem, I had KNOW idea that Bugera designed a acoustic amp like this. I bought through Sweetwater the V22 along with the Turbo 112 cabinet around two years ago and I still love i to this day, don't care where its made in, a good sounding amp is a good sounding amp in my book and I had NO issues what so ever with it. With that being said, I knew exactly what this AC60 design is a copy of, and I don't care, its a free enterprise out there. Pound per pound this is extraordinary a great find like the V22 as I did not not want to put out a grand for something that most likely does not sound a whole lot different in this small design. What players need to realize and understand is that loud is not always better, tho this gets pretty darn loud, this compact system will be perfect for intimate venues such as up scale restaurants/small event settings, wedding ceremony, coffee house, etc. The Bugera AC60 is the perfect solution once again that won't kill your wallet BUT do a great job for a fraction of the price of its competitors. I find the AC60 like the V22 an outstanding value AND product that I know will perform reliably, clean and strong for a long time to come. Once again Bugera, Congratulations for building great products that many of us can use at pro-level and afford it!!!

Very impressive sound and volume from such a small box with an 8" speaker. Especially surprising is the amount of low end. It's not chest-thumping, but it has plenty of low end for natujral-sounding acoustic-guitar reproduction. Even at head height on a speaker stand, it sounds good on both guitar and voice. Easily the simplest solution for small- to medium-room solo gigs. For larger rooms, use the direct-out to the house console.

Stays clean even at high-volume settings. At high levels some compressing or limiting is happening, but it always sounds clear and "musical."

This amp is pretty much a (ahem) "tribute" to a very similar-looking amp from another manufacturer that retails for more than 4x as much. Bugera adds a few features, like a stereo aux in, standard speaker-stand socket (rather than a mic-stand mount), a tilt-back kickstand, and more on-board FX options.
