Great pick for shred

This pick has been a surprise favorite recently. I was given one by my best friend to try, along with a few others (Swiss pick 1.5mm, PW Black Ice 1.5mm, and a Dunlop Primetone .73mm), and I was most apprehensive to trying this due to the smaller size and triangle shape. I was really surprised at how quickly this one grew on me. Within minutes it began to feel comfortable, and within an hour it began to correct several issues I have had with building speed and accuracy. I will be ordering these on my next accessory order! I can't say that it will be the same experience for everyone, but it has been a huge help with my playing. It is great for shred and quick riffs while still being comfortable for rhythm playing. As for a background for myself, I have been playing for 20 years, and have been mostly using Jazz III XL stiffo and Primetone picks for the last few years, and even with the smaller size, it still feels solid and has great grip without being too grippy on the strings. I'm not sure what type of black magic these things are made of, but I'm sold!

Best guitar pick I've ever used

The JP Trinity is hands down the most well-designed and best all-round guitar pick I've ever used, and I've tried probably over a hundred different Dunlop picks over the years, several versions of the Jazz III, Flow, etc. The dimensions of this pick make it not only supremely accurate, but surprisingly versatile.

I noticed an instant improvement in my playing within the first couple of minutes of using one. It's crazy. Stuff that I've had trouble with just started popping out with almost no effort, particularly those stubborn "inside-the-string" picking licks.

Also, the shape and width provide just the right amount of grip area, making it great for strumming, too!

Total win. Highly recommended.

Hp triangle pick

I like it. If the material was harder and the pick was slighty smaller. It would be perfect. The picture shows the Jp (black) next to a gravity (green).

Excellent for the right user / guitar

Compared to other picks I've used, the JP Trinitys require a lighter touch, are a bit faster and more precise, and produce a somewhat thinner tone. I do find the tone may also have the potential for a bit more variety, starting with a very delicate attack with more room to play harder. It's taken me a few weeks to adjust my picking but these are now my favorite picks for my 9 and 10 string-gauge guitars. I'm still on the fence about my 11s, 12s, and baritone. For those, I'm still using either the JP Jazz 3s or The Dunlop Ultex 1.4 or 2.0 sharp picks. For Jazz I'm still inclined toward the JD Jazztone 206 as I like the soft attack with those.

My newest favorite pick

I have always looked for the right pick for me. Every player is different. I finally had settled on the Jazz III picks but they are small. This is the perfect pick for me. Very sturdy. Easy to hold on to. Just a great pick!
