Nich Magnani and I go back several years. He’s always there when you need him. He even calls between sales, and is always curious about where I’m going musically.

I'm always blown away at how well Sweetwater does customer service! Can't say enough at how great it is knowing that a company actually cares about their customers, and are willing to go above and beyond to make sure every transaction is 100 % fantastic! Nich, my sales engineer, has been so great. He's helped my son and I create the guitar set up we always wanted. And has been quick to answer any questions or concerns we've had.
