Mike Wright
Mike Wright
Hello! I'm Mike Wright, and I'll be your sales engineer for all your current and future gear decisions.
My background covers a wide array of both music and audio technology. I am a self taught instrumentalist, starting with cello in the 5th grade. If you hand me an instrument, I'll do everything I can to learn how to play it. Additionally, I play as a session musician for the audio school I previously attended.
On the tech side, I attended a fantastic recording school in 2018 for Audio Engineering, Music Production, and Sound Design. I live for being on either side of the studio glass!
While obtaining my AAS in business, I designed a startup company specializing in solar powered recording studios. These span from large traditional spaces, all the way to small mobile vehicle and backpack studios. I've spent years challenging myself, designing clean energy studios within spaces they shouldn't conventionally fit.
What this all boils down to is when you call me at Sweetwater, you can be assured you are working with someone with not only the technical knowledge, but years of practical and real world application. I am looking forward to getting to know you, and help you achieve your goals.
As your personal contact here at Sweetwater, please let me know anytime I can offer help or advice.
