Hi, I'm Mike! I've been a Sales Engineer with Sweetwater Sound since 2008 and I love being able to help and encourage so many musicians and engineers achieve their goals! What was your occupation before coming to Sweetwater?
Studio engineer, and prior to that (in reverse order), soldier, software engineer, snowboard instructor.

Technical strengths:
Tracking, mixing, arrangement, signal flow, system design. As far as gear goes, I particularly enjoy matching components to get as close to a final sound as possible: mics and outboard gear, pedal chains, and so on. Every component matters!

Family info:
It's a full house! My wife and our three kids, my mother, two dogs, two cats, and any spiders that my kids don't immediately demand I remove.

Other stuff we should know about you (hobbies, talents, interests, etc.):
I love vintage technology! I'm an avid collector and I regularly spend time repairing and modifying CRTs, receivers, videogame systems, and audio gear.

I don’t know how or where to begin. Mike Conyers has been a beacon of hope and guidance while navigating the modern day dilemma of finding the right piece of gear in an overwhelmingly massive sea of options. I really love talking with Mike. He feels like an old friend that understands all of my random requests, questions and quirks.
