Mark Johnson
Mark Johnson
I have played in live settings from coffee houses all the way up to pavilions with thousands of spectators. My passion is performing, however I am right at home here talking to people, making sure they get the right gear and are taken care of personally.
I understand real life applications of a lot of the gear we sell. As a live musician you need gear that will not only handle the live stage, but also handle the rough transport in between shows.
I'm looking forward to taking great care of you!
As your personal contact here at Sweetwater, please let me know anytime I can offer help or advice.

Why did you first apply for a job at Sweetwater?
Sweetwater has been in my sights for a number of years. Their employees always cared about how my playing was progressing, the gear that would work for me, and more importantly, the gear that wouldn't.

Describe the most dramatic situation in which you provided the Sweetwater Difference for a customer, or the most unusual/creative solution to a customer's problem:
One of my customers had a high-end session coming up and needed gear fast. In less than a weeks time we sent Adam Studio monitors, Manly mics, BAE preamp, and a UA satellite out to California. They got the gear in time for the session and made a huge impression on the guest talent and producer.
-
What is the most important thing you've learned at Sweetwater?
Being available is priceless. My customers know that if they're down the road or across the country that they can get in touch, and I will make it happen one way or another.
