David Mikautadze
David Mikautadze
I’m a guitar player of over 25 years, and I play mostly blues, jazz, and funk. I also compose orchestral and chamber music as well as create acoustic-electric soundscapes for “Mikautadze Dance Theatre,” a not-for-profit modern dance company my wife and I started in 2008, of which I’m the musical director. I’m a graduate of Berklee College of Music, where I studied composition and film scoring. I’m very active musically and have a home studio with tons of hardware and software where I record and produce music for the various projects I work on. I’m honored to be able to use my experience and knowledge to help my customers find solutions for their music and audio needs.
As your personal contact here at Sweetwater, please let me know anytime I can offer help or advice.

David and his team is great. If I didn't recommend them it would only be out of selfishness. The team just gets it and understands my buying needs and how to match it up with the best products.

Dave has been fantastic during my sales experience. The item I wanted has been out of stock for months but Dave keeps me updated whenever he has information about possible arrival dates. Dave also accommodated a change in my original order and expedited the change with no problems. Thanks to a Dave I’m a Sweetwater customer for life.

David Mikautadze is an outstanding person who returns all my calls when I'm thinking about a possible new addition to my equipment setup. I trust his judgment and he is my "go-to" guy for anything musically related. Even though we've never met, I consider him a friend and we've been connected for about 10 or 12 years now.
