I’ve been with Sweetwater since January 2012. It has been a rewarding experience to work with such a diverse group of customers on a daily basis. I have had the opportunity to work with everyone from beginners to professionals and some of the biggest names and corporations in the industry, and I love it all.
Outside Sweetwater, I play drums and percussion in two bands and regularly perform locally and regionally. I have been lucky enough to have developed a great background in the live sound and recording worlds, and it is a ton of fun to apply my knowledge to my customers’ needs. I like to draw on my real-world experiences and never-ending product training to help you find the gear that suits you best.

What was your occupation before coming to Sweetwater?
I worked several part-time jobs in college. I was a production crew member at Interlochen Center for the Arts, where I ran live sound and assisted with backline setup for national touring acts. I was also a classical recording engineer at Ball State University.

Other stuff we should know about you (hobbies, talents, interests, etc.):
I’m really into photography, motorcycles, cycling, and the outdoors in general. I photograph special events and weddings as well as architecture and anything else that catches my eye.

What do you enjoy most about being part of the Sweetwater team?
I love the constant educational side of things. We have a never-ending flow of manufacturers, product representatives, and artists visiting our campus, and there’s something to learn from everyone. The knowledge base is really incredible.
