Bryan Campbell
Bryan Campbell
Music has truly shaped who I am today. I grew up in a nonmusical family, so when I discovered how much I loved music and gear, I had to learn everything on my own. I taught myself bass in high school and picked up guitar two years later.
I studied music for four years at Assumption College in Worcester, Massachusetts, learning theory, conducting, history, and performance and playing with the college’s chorale, chapel choir, and jazz ensemble. I’ve run live sound for cover bands for the past few years and spent a few years running my college’s recording studio, from which I learned to use multiple DAWs, including Pro Tools, Cakewalk, and Digital Performer.
Talking about music and gear is one of my favorite things to do, so if you ever have anything you need help with, big or small, don’t hesitate to give me a call!
As your personal contact here at Sweetwater, please let me know anytime I can offer help or advice.

What was your occupation before coming to Sweetwater?
Before I began working at Sweetwater, I worked in human resources, where I learned how to help anyone who came through my door find the best solution to their problems.
-
Why did you first apply for a job at Sweetwater?
I applied to Sweetwater because music is my passion. I thought that I was going to be OK with just being a weekend warrior, but I soon realized that it wasn’t enough. I’ve always dreamed of working with people who are as passionate about music and gear as I am, and Sweetwater has made that happen!

What did you dream about doing for a living when you were growing up?
I didn’t really have a good idea what I wanted to do for a living when I was growing up until one Christmas I got Guitar Hero from my parents. I had never heard the music that was on the game, and it changed my life. It was that Christmas that I realized that whatever I was going to do for a living, it needed to involve music.

Sweetwater is the best !!! I have dealt with many music stores in the past and none can compete with the great service and top prices I get each and every time I do business with them. I also love the personal attention I receive each and every order as well, no matter if it is for 5 dollars or 500, and also the diligence of my sales engineer (Bryan Campbell) in making sure that I am completely satisfied. Great stuff indeed !!!!

Absolutely amazed by the personal service on our order! It is obvious customer satisfaction is a priority. Your company would be the first place we would look for music related items. Great prices, great service and BTW, even the little touch of adding some candy made my kids very pleased! Thank you!

I have to say it's the most personal order I've ever made from the pre-ship phone call, to the email, and finally the candy in the box. Thanks! I don't think I could beat the customer service even in a local shop
