Mitch sits down with Rick Nielsen (Cheap Trick) for a special interview here at Sweetwater. Rick was visiting Sweetwater to hold a recording workshop. Renowned as the superlative lead guitarist, backing vocalist, and primary songwriter of the legendary rock band Cheap Trick, Rick is one of rock ‘n’ roll’s most colorful and accomplished musicians. With more than four decades of performing and recording under his belt, Rick has earned the respect and admiration of fans and A-list musicians alike. On top of that, Rick has owned about two thousand guitars over the years and now has over 400 instruments in his possession, including his famous custom-made 5-neck Hamer guitar.
