• Void where
prohibited or restricted by law.
• All entrants must
be 18 years of age or older and legal residents of the United
States.
• Entrants are
allowed only one entry per household per month.
• Current or former
employees of Sweetwater or its suppliers, representatives, and
agents, their immediate families, and/or members of their
households, are not eligible to enter.
• Prize winners are responsible for all
federal, state and local taxes.
• By accepting a
prize, all winners agree that Sweetwater may post his/her name on
the "Previous Winners" page and in any and all media,
including future advertising or publicity, without further
consideration, unless prohibited by law.
• If we are unable to make contact with the winner within 14 days, a new winner will be chosen.
• By accepting a prize, all winners agree
that Sweetwater, their affiliates, and all of the officers,
directors, employees,
representatives and agents of Sweetwater, will have no liability
whatsoever for, and will be held harmless by winner for any
liability for any injury, loss or damages of any kind, to winner or
other persons, including (without limitation) injuries, loss or
damages arising out of or relating to death, and, injuries, damages
or losses to property, due in whole or in part, directly or
indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the
prize or participation in this giveaway.
• Sweetwater reserves the right to cancel,
terminate, modify or suspend the giveaway, reject any entry, or
make any revisions to the official rules as we deem necessary.
Sweetwater sponsors monthly giveaways to say
"thanks" to our customers and to make new friends. We may
call you to introduce ourselves and find out how we can help you
achieve your music and audio goals.
