Zach Maurer
Zach Maurer
I was born in upstate New York and moved around quite a bit. I spent most of my life growing up in Texas. I have had a passion for music the second I saw my first live show and from then on I was hooked.
I went to the University of Arkansas and graduated with a degree in Marketing. I paid my way through school DJing every weekend. I then wanted to learn how to make my own music so I attended ICON Collective College of Music. After graduating with a degree in Music Production and Sound Engineering I interned as a mixing engineer.
I have experience as a professional resident DJ, a live sound mixing engineer and a studio tech. Ableton Live is my playground and playing live DJ sets is my passion. I also love to drum and I am learning to play guitar, keys and am always diving in to the world of synthesis.
I can't wait to help fulfill your musical dreams, if I don't know the answer I will figure it out!
As your personal contact here at Sweetwater, please let me know anytime I can offer help or advice.
